Trump In Major Legal Trouble

A Leftist journalist just posted a video, in which he maintains that Trump just experienced the ‘’worst week of his second term as President’’. In my opinion, that is an under statement. I think that Trump has just experienced the worst week of his life! Even during his first term, his legal advisers were telling him that ‘’executive privilege’’ is not absolute. And now a federal judge has just made an official ruling, to that effect! 

As President, any and all official acts he performs, as the ‘’Head of State,’’ are covered by ‘’executive privilege’’, as laid out in the Constitution. While this privilege is not absolute, it does give the President considerable power. 

On the other hand, any and all unofficial acts, such as using the office of the presidency for personal enrichment, which is to say ‘’lining his pockets’’, or for attacking perceived enemies -and Trump is ‘’making a career’’ of this!- is not covered by executive privilege.  

The situation is rather confusing, as Trump is facing legal battles, in several areas. Perhaps we can think of it as ‘’fighting a war on two fronts’’, except that there are more than two fronts involved! 

Arguably, the most serious matter, is that of the House of Representatives, in that they are determined to impeach him, once again. Another trial by the Senate, but this time, with a far better chance of gaining a conviction and subsequent removal from office. After all, the charges are far more serious, the evidence is beyond dispute, and the Senators are now much more ‘’sweetly reasonable’’, if only because of the Revolution, that is currently sweeping the country. Then too, the fact that Trump is calling for the murder of various Senators and Members of Congress, does not endear him to them!

The seven articles of impeachment are as follows:

  1. Obstruction of Justice
  2. Usurping the Power of Congress Over Spending
  3. Abusing Trade Powers and War Powers
  4. Violation of First Amendment Rights
  5. Creating Unlawful Offices Within the Government
  6. Bribery and Corruption
  7. Systematic Effort To Destroy Democratic Institutions

As well, Congressman Al Green has filed a separate motion of impeachment, alleging that Trump has been ‘’abusing the presidential war powers’’. That motion has been ‘’shelved’’, at least for the moment.

As well, Trump may be losing sleep over the fact that a judge, in the state of New York, is threatening to seize all of his property, including his precious Towers, unless he pays the money he allegedly owes. That amounts to half a billion dollars, which Trump clearly does not have!

Then there is the fact that a federal judge just ordered an ‘’expedited release’’ of the Epstein files. This just means that the Files must be released sooner, rather than later, although if Trump has his way, those files will never be released.

Perhaps the most serious matter, is the fact that the American military has conducted ‘’air strikes’’ against fishing boats, in the Caribbean, apparently off the coast of Venezuela. The reason given, for these attacks? Because they were ‘’running drugs to America’’. 

It is at best doubtful that those boats were ‘’running drugs’’, and even if they were, that does not give anyone the right to attack them, on the high seas. Yet to date, it is reported that over eighty people have been killed, in numerous attacks. In the latest incident, after one airstrike destroyed a boat, two survivors were seen in the water, clinging to the wreckage. So a second airstrike was ordered, in order to ‘’blow them out of the water’’. It succeeded. There can be no doubt that this was an act of cold blooded murder! Possibly a war crime! For which Trump may be held personally responsible! We can only hope!

As the Commander In Chief of the American military, Trump is responsible for the actions of all American military personnel. As the crime is so serious, there is an international demand for accountability. This should at least be ‘’cause for concern’’, for Trump. If it is not, it soon will be.

This brings us to Special Prosecutor Jack Smith. It is safe to say that Trump has a particular hatred for that boy! With good reason, I might add. For many months, Jack Smith has been busy gathering evidence against Trump, and his flunkies. He recently presented that evidence to a federal judge. From all accounts, the judge was most impressed. As were the lawyers representing Trump! Possibly the one person who was most impressed, was Donald Trump. In fact, he was furious.

This brings me to a video, posted on the internet, which documents this, reasonably well. It is titled, ‘’Trump Screams As Jack Smith Hands Shock Evidence To Judge’’. I have decided to transcribe the key parts:

The video starts by pointing out that there is a, ‘’Long standing Justice Department policy, which says that sitting Presidents cannot be criminally prosecuted.’’

It should be noted, that there is a big difference between ‘’policy’’, and Constitutional law. A federal judge just made that abundantly clear! For possibly the first time in history, a sitting President- Donald Trump- may be ‘’criminally prosecuted’’!

Now to the video: 

Narrator: ‘’Special Council Jack Smith just walked into that courtroom, carrying the one thing Donald Trump feared most. A secretly recorded conversation, where Trump himself detailed his crimes, in his own voice. …Trump literally screamed and raged, as the recording played, his own words describing exactly how he planned to overturn the election (the 2020 Presidential election), pressure state officials, and obstruct justice. His lawyers sat there stunned… there was no defending this. Their client has essentially confessed on tape, and now they had to admit, in open court, that Trump had engaged in coordinated, unlawful efforts to destroy democracy. …Trump himself, went from confident to panic, to screaming at his lawyers to do something, anything, to stop the tape from playing, but there was nothing they could do. The evidence was right there, in Trump’s own voice, admitting to everything he had been denying for years. …It is Trump himself, recorded without his knowledge, laying out the entire criminal conspiracy…Trump pointed at Jack Smith and screamed, ‘This is a set up, you recorded me illegally, this is entrapment’. …Trump kept screaming, calling Smith a criminal, the judge corrupt, the whole system rigged against him. …The shift from denial to damage control was visible …they (Trump’s lawyers) went from confidently claiming Trump’s innocence, to desperately trying to minimize the damage from the recording. …He does not just hint at illegal activities. He explicitly describes them. Names, co-conspirators, and laughs about how they are going to get away with it. The most damning part is where Trump says, ‘I don’t care what the real vote count was, we are saying I won, and that’s that’. It’s a confession to attempting to overthrow American democracy. The supporting evidence Jack Smith presented, alongside the recording, presents an air tight case…Trump’s lawyers are essentially pleading guilty, on Trump’s behalf, while trying to minimize the sentence…The recording came from a legally authorized surveillance operation…Co-conspirators …are now rushing to make deals…triggered a cascade of cooperation…’’

This is an absolute nightmare scenario, for Trump. As is well known, there is no ‘’honour among thieves’’. Those who were allegedly involved in his scheme to overturn the 2020 Presidential election, are about to be charged for those crimes, and they know it. 

Now that the courts have ruled that a sitting President -Donald Trump- can be charged with crimes, the ‘’flood gates have been opened’’. There are reports that a former aide of Trump, has just been charged in the ‘’documents case’’. That is a rather polite reference to the numerous boxes of top secret documents, which Trump allegedly took to Mar a Lago. 

It is very likely that this aide, as well as those who were involved in allegedly ‘’plotting to overthrow American democracy’’, are now ‘’knocking on the door’’ of the prosecuting attorney, anxious to ‘’rat out’’ their former boss, Donald Trump, as well as others, in return for a more lenient sentence.

Of course, as Trump has been a ‘’busy boy’’, over the years, doing as he pleases -his thirty four felony convictions are proof of that!- there are numerous other court cases, still pending. The difference now is that, due to the federal court ruling, it is ‘’open season’’ on Donald Trump!

All of this is of the utmost importance, not because of the possible impeachment and subsequent removal from office of President Trump, but because of the fact that the working class, the proletariat, is focused on this matter! We can- and must!- use this to raise the level of awareness of the working class! 

We must make them aware that this is a class conflict! A conflict between the ruling class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, and the working class, the proletariat. Donald Trump merely represents the class of multi billionaires! Removing him from office will not change the fact that the capitalist class of bourgeoisie are still in charge! It is that class, which has to be overthrown and crushed! Under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat!

This calls for a little explanation. 

Our current situation closely resembles the situation in Russia, immediately before the Great October Soviet Socialist Revolution, of 1917. At that time, in Russia, as today in North America, the ‘’Left’’ was divided. Many of those who claimed to be Socialists, even Marxists, were in fact merely ‘’Economists’’, to use the expression of Lenin. He covered this supremely well in his article, What Is To Be Done?

Lenin pointed out that the ‘’mass movement’’, of the ‘’common people’’, the workers and family farmers- peasants- was separate from the ‘’movement’’ of the ‘’educated youth of Russia’’, those who were ‘’universally absorbed in the theories of Marxism’’. 

Allow me to stress the fact that the movement for Scientific Socialism, following the theories of Marx and Lenin, and the mass movement, of the common people, especially the working class, the proletariat, develop separately! These two movements must be merged! It is the duty of Scientific Socialists, Communists, to bring about this merger!

This is to say that the working class must become class conscious! They, or at least the most advanced workers, must become aware of themselves as a class, with their own class interests! The most advanced workers must be raised to the level of Scientific Socialists! Bear in mind that the most advanced workers lead, as the less advanced workers pay strict attention to that which they say. 

Yet in pre-revolutionary Russia, as in America today, only the distortion of the revolutionary theories of Marx was taught, in Universities. Also as in America today, all too many of the ‘’educated youth’’, embraced this distortion, this revision, of the theories of Marx. The only ‘’difference’’ now, is that the revolutionary theories of Lenin, which apply to monopoly capitalism, imperialism, are also being revised, in Universities.  

Further, just as in pre-Revolutionary Russia, all too many of the ‘’educated youth’’ of America are embracing this revisionist belief, presenting the struggle for ‘’democracy and reforms’’, as the struggle for Socialism! They refer to this as ‘’Democratic Socialism’’! 

Perhaps the most clear cut example of this, is contained in the web site of the Democratic Socialists of America. Under ‘’What We Do’’, they state that they ‘’fight for reforms’’. That is their idea of Socialism! And as they have been in existence for over forty years, what have they accomplished? Next to nothing! Countless working people can testify to the fact that monopoly capitalism has not been ‘’reformed’’ in the last forty years, in the slightest! On the contrary, it is far more difficult to ‘’make ends meet’’, than it was forty years ago! So much for fighting for reforms! Socialists in name only! Democratic Reformers in practice! Or as Lenin referred to such people, mere Economists!

As Lenin made clear, in What Is To Be Done?, the ‘’spontaneous element’’, represents nothing more nor less than ‘’consciousness in an embryonic form’’.

On that subject, we can say that the American working class is deeply focused on the Epstein Scandal, as well as the current state of upheaval, within the American government. We can also say that this is part of the spontaneous movement, of the working class. Now our goal, that of Scientific Socialists, Communists, is to merge that spontaneous movement, with that of the movement for Scientific Socialism!

Lenin went into this, in considerable detail, as it is so important. I have decided to state the highlights, which he wrote, in response to the mass movement of the Russian working class:

‘’There could not yet be Social Democratic consciousness among the workers. This consciousness could only be brought to them from without. The history of all countries shows that the working class, exclusively by its own efforts, is able to develop only trade union consciousness, i.e., it may itself realize the necessity of for combining in unions, for fighting against the employers and for striving to compel the government to pass necessary labour legislation, etc. The theory of socialism, however, grew out of the philosophic, historical and economic theories that were elaborated by the educated representatives of the propertied classes, the intellectuals. According to their social status, the founders of modern Scientific Socialism, Marx and Engels, themselves belonged to the bourgeois intelligentsia. Similarly, in Russia, the theoretical doctrine of Social Democracy arose quite independently of the spontaneous growth of the labour movement; it arose as a natural and inevitable outcome of the ideas among the revolutionary socialist intelligentsia. …Hence, simultaneously, we had the spontaneous awakening of the masses of the workers, the awakening to conscious life and struggle, as well as the revolutionary youth, armed with the Social Democratic theories, striving to reach the workers…the early Social Democrats of that period zealously carried on economic agitation…but they did not regard this as their sole task. On thecontrary, from the very outset, they brought forward the widest historical task of Russian Social Democracy…’’ (italics by Lenin, also the term i.e., means ‘’that is’’, and the term Social Democracy is today referred to as Communism)

Today, in North America, we are faced with a similar problem. A great many people, who claim to be ‘’Leftist’’, possibly even Socialist, and take great delight in flooding the internet with videos, are focused on the turmoil within Washington, but strictly within an ‘’Economic’’ standpoint. I use that expression in the broadest possible sense, to include the interests of the two mainstream political parties. They present the class struggle as a struggle between the ‘’progressive’’ Democrats and the ‘’reactionary’’ Republicans. In fact, both parties serve the same class. One is every bit as reactionary as the other.

One important difference, between our current situation and that of pre-Revolutionary Russia, is the fact that the American working class is now quite cultured. The vast majority of workers are now literate, and many have access to digital devices. With these digital devices, they are able to access the internet, and download various items. These include videos, articles, and select works of Marx and Lenin. This makes our tasks, the tasks of Communists, much simpler and easier, that it was for the Russian Communists, at the time in which Lenin worked. 

Bear in mind that Lenin was able to return from exile, only in April of 1917. Yet he faced the immediate task of preparing the common people of Russia, both workers and farmers, for the Scientific Socialist Revolution, of October. And succeeded! Within a mere few months! If he could do it, then so can we!

That being said, may I suggest that all advanced workers are encouraged to read State and Revolution, by Lenin. That article stresses the importance of smashing the existing state apparatus, at the time of the Revolution, and replacing it with a different state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! 

This is absolutely necessary, as after the Revolution, after the multi billionaires, the monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie, are stripped of their wealth and power, their resistance will increase tenfold! They will stoop to any depth, any deception, in order to return to power. That includes sending their people, accomplished liars, one and all, into the Communist Party! 

To go ‘’to the length’’, to ‘’stoop to the depth’’, of pretending to be a ‘’fine Communist’’, when they so passionately hate any and all Communists, is an indication of their determination to return to power!

In conclusion, the advanced workers are capable of raising themselves to the level of Scientific Socialists, Communists, by reading the select works of Marx and Lenin. Also, middle class intellectuals, who have been exposed to the distortion of the revolutionary theories of those two, in University, can also raise themselves to that level. They can then help to perform the most valuable task, of helping to raise the most advanced workers, to that same level.

Bear in mind that the Second American Revolution is already underway. Very soon, an Insurrection will take place. It could be spontaneous, although if it is well planned, it has a far better chance of success. If successful, it is the plan of those who are ‘’Socialists’’, but in name only, to take over the existing state apparatus, and set themselves up, as the new rulers!

The only way to prevent this, is by raising the level of awareness of the working class! Otherwise this, the Second American Revolution, will merely result in a change of rulers. God forbid!

NYC Mayor Elect Mamdani Meets With Trump

New York City Mayor Elect Zohran Mamdani recently met with President Donald Trump, in the White House. This is significant, if for no other reason than the fact that Mamdani claims to be a Socialist. In fact, he is a Member of the Democratic Socialists of America, and in running as a Socialist, he ‘’won in a landslide’’. It is entirely possible, that the main reason for his ‘’landslide victory’’, was the fact that he ran as a Socialist. 

During the time that Mamdani was running for that office, over a period of several months, he and Trump were constantly ‘’slinging mud at each other’’, as one of the journalists so accurately phrased it. In fact, Trump referred to Mamdani as a ‘’Communist, lunatic nut job’’. In response, Mamdani referred to Trump as a ‘’fascist’’, among other things. He was especially critical of the ICE immigration raids, ordered by Trump, as well as ‘’inflation and corruption’’.

But now that he has won the election, and is officially the Mayor Elect of NYC, he has promptly ‘’changed his tune’’. In fact, he made a ‘’complete reversal’’. His meeting with Trump, in the White House, was completely cordial. Insults were traded for compliments. There were hand shakes, smiles and jokes. As Trump put it, ‘’We agree on more than I would have thought’’. He is now ‘’cheering’’ for the new Mayor Elect, one whom he once warned would ‘’Destroy New York City’’.

This begs the question: What the blue blazes is going on? First, Trump reverses himself, concerning the release of the Epstein Files. Then Marjorie Taylor Green, MTG, one of the strongest supporters of Trump, turns against him. And now, Zohran Mamdani, the Mayor Elect of NYC, a Member of the Democratic Socialists of America, and one of the harshest critics of Trump, is his new best friend!

The ‘’short answer’’ is that this is all happening, as a result of the Second American Revolution, currently sweeping the country. The ‘’long answer’’ is a bit more complex, and calls for a little explanation. It is also very important.

As a result of the Revolution, or the revolutionary movement, if you prefer, the common people, by whom I of course mean the workers, the proletariat, and family farmers, are rather spontaneously gravitating towards Socialism. After all, aside from anarchy, there is really no other alternative to capitalism. 

Those of us who believe in God, refer to this mass movement as an Act of God. Others- most notably atheists- may refer to this as an Act of a Higher Power, HP. Feel free to call it what you will.

The DSA is now deeply divided. There is a fine article, posted on the internet, which makes this quite clear. It is titled, ‘’DSA civil war brewing as Zohran Mamdani opposes members bid to topple House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffries’’.

The ‘’bone of contention’’, between Mamdani and fellow DSA Member, as well as City Council Member, Chi Osse, is the fact that Osse is determined to oust Democratic House Minority Leader, Hakim Jeffries. Osse calls Jeffries an ‘’enemy of the Socialist movement and the broader Left’’. So why would a fellow Democratic Socialist be opposed to this noble objective?

Possibly because Mamdani is a Socialist in name only! His meeting with Trump, supports this statement. While running for the office of Mayor of NYC, and posing as a Socialist, he made the appropriate speeches, as is expected of a Socialist. But then, once he won that election, he ‘’showed his true colours’’. He is a Socialist in name only! Best buddies with Trump! Two of a kind! Completely devoid of principle! Say what you have to say, in order to get elected! One is every bit as hypocritical as the other! They perfectly understand each other!

Now that Mamdani has won the election, he is making every effort to ‘’maintain the status quo’’. Do not ‘’rock the boat’’! Keep everything exactly the way it is! ‘’Sucking up’’ to the multi billionaires!

Yet the fact remains that this split, within the DSA, provides us with an opportunity to high light the differences between the DSA, those who are Utopian Socialists, and those of us who are Scientific Socialists, Communists, true Marxists. 

This difference is of the utmost importance, as the common people are spontaneously gravitating towards Socialism, and the DSA is the most visible Socialist organization. It is only natural that workers should think that they offer an alternative to monopoly capitalism, technically referred to as imperialism. Except that they do not!

This is made clear on their web site, which I have reproduced: 

‘’Who we are

‘’The Democratic Socialists of America is the largest socialist organization in the United States, with over 80,000 members and chapters in all 50 states. We believe that working people should run both the economy and society democratically to meet human needs, not to make profits for a few.

‘’What we do

‘’We are a political and activist organization, not a party; through campus and community-based chapters, DSA members use a variety of tactics, from legislative to direct action, to fight for reforms that empower working people.’’

From this, it is clear that the DSA claims to be a Socialist organization. Bear in mind that anyone who is capable of spelling the word Socialist, can claim to be Socialist. It is also clear, because they state it, that they are determined to ‘’fight for reforms’’. That is a far cry from fighting for Socialism! Perhaps a more accurate name for that organization, is that of the Democratic Reformers of America.

By contrast, those of us who are Scientific Socialists, Communists, are just that -Scientific Socialists. We are the followers of Marx and Lenin, two scientists who placed Socialism on a Scientific basis! It was Karl Marx who first conducted a scientific examination of capitalism, and proved, that it would, of necessity, give birth to socialism!

This is the way Marx described it, in a letter to Weydemeyer, dated March 5, 1852:

‘’And now as to myself, no credit is due to me for discovering the existence of classes in modern society, nor yet the struggle between them. Long before me, bourgeois historians had described the historical development of this class struggle, and bourgeois economists the economic anatomy of the classes. What I did that was new was to prove: 1) that the existence of classes is only bound up with particular historical phases in the development of production; 2) that the class struggle necessarily leads to the Dictatorship of the Proletariat; 3) that this Dictatorship itself only constitutes the transition to the abolition of all classes and to a classless society.’’ (italics by Lenin)

This stands in stark contrast to the Utopian Socialists, including the DSA, those who think that Socialism may be a fine idea, but is ‘’simply not possible’’. The best we can hope to do, is to ‘’fight for paltry reforms’’. 

In fact, various efforts to establish a Socialist society, under capitalism, by well meaning Utopian Socialists, have all failed! It simply cannot be done! As I have documented this in a previous article, there is no need to reproduce it here. 

By contrast, we now have the experience of two- formerly- Scientific Socialist societies, that of the Soviet Union, and China. In each case, the common people, workers and family farmers, were able to over throw the capitalists, smash the existing state apparatus, which was set up to crush the common people, and set up a new state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. 

Yet after a number of years, the capitalists of each country were able to return to power, due to the mistakes of their leaders, Stalin in the Soviet Union, and Mao in China. Two fine Marxists, but still human, and each made a number of serious mistakes. It is our duty to learn from those mistakes, so as not to repeat them. 

As I have gone into this in a previous article, there is no need to repeat it here. I merely mention it, in order to emphasize the differences between Scientific Socialists, and Utopian Socialists. It would never occur to Utopian Socialists, the thought would never cross their minds, of learning from previous revolutionary experience! 

Now it is vitally important to distinguish ourselves, true Scientific Socialists, Communists, those who openly call for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, from the Utopian Socialists, especially the DSA. The most advanced members of the proletariat must be made aware of the fact that the existing state apparatus must be smashed, at the time of the insurrection, and replaced with the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. The resistance of the bourgeoisie will  increase ten fold, after the Revolution, after they are deprived of their wealth and power. We must be prepared! We must not repeat the mistakes of the Russian Communists, or of the Chinese Communists.

Trump ‘’Crosses the Line’’, Accuses Democrats of Sedition

Recently, a group of six lawmakers, all members of the Democratic Party, all veterans of the military or Intelligence services, each a Member of the House of Representatives or of the Senate, came together to make a statement, in the form of a video. It is clear that this video was produced, at least in part, as a response to the military attacks, ordered by President Trump, in the Caribbean, on boats which Trump says were carrying illegal drugs, to America. As well, he has also been deploying National Guard troops to various American cities, in defiance of federal laws.

This video has created an immediate sensation. I have chosen to transcribe the pertinent parts:

‘’We want to speak directly to members of the military, and the Intelligence community, who take risks each day to keep Americans safe. We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now. Americans trust their military. But that trust is at risk. To protect and defend this Constitution, right now. The threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. YOU CAN REFUSE ILLEGAL ORDERS. YOU CAN REFUSE ILLEGAL ORDERS. YOU MUST REFUSE ILLEGAL ORDERS 

‘’No one has to carry out orders that violate the law, or our Constitution. We know this is hard’’ (repetition and capitalization as per the video)

The response of President Trump was immediate, and unequivocal. It left no room for any misunderstanding:

‘’This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOUR FROM TRAITORS. LOCK THEM UP??? President DJT. SEDITIOUS  BEHAVIOUR, punishable by DEATH! (punctuation and capitalization as per the video)

Here we have the President of the United States, the Commander In Chief of the whole American military, a man who managed to avoid the military draft of the nineteen sixties, due to alleged ‘’bone spurs’’, calling veterans, Members of Congress, traitors, guilty of sedition, and calling for them to be put to death!

Several highly respected politicians responded to this. I have chosen to give the answers of a couple of them:

California governor, Gavin Newsom: ‘’The President of the United States of America just called for the death of Democratic lawmakers. This man is sick in the head.’’

Governor Newsom was rather kind, allowing for the possibility that Trump is mentally ill. The alternative is that he is nothing other than a raging psychopath. 

Senator Chuck Shumer was more direct, pointing out the danger of the accusation:

 ‘’When Donald Trump uses the language of execution and treason, some of his supporters may very well listen. He is lighting a match, in a country soaked with political gasoline.’’

It is entirely possible that some of the most devoted followers of Trump, may take this video as an invitation to commit murder! Of democratically elected politicians! In the interests of patriotism! Of cleansing the government of those who are guilty of sedition!

There are numerous other videos, on the internet, concerning that subject. One of the finest videos, which illustrates the breadth and depth of the revolutionary motion, is titled: ‘’Lying through their teeth: Speaker Johnson, Press Secretary know better’’

I have chosen to transcribe select parts of the video, those which are relevant. 

Narrator: ‘’Those who have never served in the military, attacking men and women who have served in Iraq, who have served in Afghanistan, that have lost friends in fighting, that served this country proudly. Saying what they all know, you cannot follow illegal orders!’’

Right to the heart of the matter! Members of the military who target civilians, or abuse prisoners of war, for example, can be charged with various crimes. These can include ‘’crimes against humanity’’, or ‘’war crimes’’, among other things. Even if they were ordered to do so! ‘’Just following orders’’, is not a valid defence! Military personnel have the right, or more accurately the duty, to disobey any and all illegal orders!

The narrator than went on to explain the reason Trump has posted this garbage:

‘’Everybody is talking about Epstein, and record low poll numbers, and all he has to do is go on Truth Social, and just say kill Senators. …You cannot ignore it, …they should be hung, sedition…and boom!- you don’t hear about Epstein, affordability, can’t afford housing or health care insurance, groceries, cannot afford to live, or cars….’’

In an attempt to divert the revolutionary motion, to distract the common people, from the Epstein Scandal, of the part Trump played in the exploitation, the rape of possibly one thousand underage girls, Trump is stooping to the level of calling for the murder of Members of Congress!

The narrator then goes into the response of the supporters of Trump, and the tricks they are using:

‘’Republican critics are leaving out the word illegal… Speaker Mike Johnson said Democrats are encouraging troops to disobey orders…not true…They are literally saying just the opposite of what is true, they are lying to the American people… the White House is saying you do not have to uphold your oath …and lying about the Senators who are saying you have to uphold your oath….White House spokesman says that to defy Trump, is to betray their oath of office…Johnson accuses them of saying that it is  ‘wildly inappropriate…to encourage young troops to disobey orders…These people are lying through their teeth…this is all about what military personnel need to do to uphold their sacred oath not to commit illegal actions…’’

Although the preceding was somewhat disjointed, the point they made was valid. The Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, as well as the White House Press Secretary, are indeed ‘’lying through their teeth’’! The video, which those six politicians made, is calling for all military personnel, to ‘’uphold their sacred oath’’, that of ‘’preserve, protect and defend the Constitution’’. At no point does any American military person, take an oath of allegiance to Trump, or anyone else!

The narrator went on to give an example of a high ranking Admiral, who resigned in protest, due to the boat strikes, which resulted in the death of numerous civilians. This was followed by an interview with a highly respected, retired General: 

‘’No one in the American military swear allegiance to any individual. The oaths are not pledges of loyalty to a party, a personality or a political movement. Loyalty is pledged to the Constitution!’’ 

Well spoken! To drive home the point that the Trump administration is indeed, ‘’lying through their teeth’’, I have chosen to give the response of the White House Press Secretary:

‘’You have sitting members, of the United States Congress, who conspired together, to orchestrate a video, messaged to members of the United States military, to active duty service members, to members of the national security apparatus, encouraging them to defy the president’s lawful orders.’’

An outright lie! Precisely the opposite is true! These Members of Congress are encouraging military personnel to defy the presidents unlawful orders!

All of this may comes as a surprise to a great many people. Perhaps even more surprising, it was predicted by Marx and Engels, in the Communist Manifesto:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’

That which we are now experiencing, is merely an indication of the ‘’process of dissolution going on within the ruling class’’. Very soon, we can expect a ‘’small section of the ruling class’’, that of the bourgeoisie, to ‘’cut itself adrift’’, and join the ‘’revolutionary class’’, the proletariat. Further, this ‘’small section’’ will include the bourgeois ideologists, but only those who are capable of ‘’raising themselves theoretically to the level of comprehending the historical movement as a whole’’. 

Those who are not capable of ‘’raising themselves theoretically’’, will become targets of this, the Second American Revolution, and suffer a fate similar to the Tories, their counterparts of the First American Revolution. Their choice.

Concerning the minority of bourgeois ideologists, who are about to join the revolutionary proletariat, may I suggest that it is absolutely necessary to raise the level of awareness of the working class. The best way to do this is by becoming involved in that which most interests those workers. As ‘’defending the Constitution’’ is such a ‘’hot topic’’, feel free to ‘’jump on the bandwagon’’. 

The hypocrisy of all elected officials, who ‘’pay lip service’’ to defending the Constitution, can best be exposed by challenging the results of the 2024 Presidential Election, on the grounds that it was fraudulent, as it did not follow the procedure laid out in Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution.  

 As that Amendment is so important, I have reproduced it here, in its entirety:

‘’The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice- President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as as Vice- President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; the President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted; the person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such a number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such a majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice -President shall act as President, as in case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice- President, shall be the Vice -President, if such a number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vive -President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be elegable to that of Vice President of he United States.’’

Incidentally, on March 20, 1961, the Twenty Third Amendment to the Constitution was ratified. It grants residents of the District of Columbia electoral votes. 

As all Americans are well aware, this procedure was not followed, in the 2024 federal election. For that reason, it can be argued, before the Supreme Court, by an attorney, an expert on Constitutional law, that the 2024 federal election was fraudulent! Donald Trump is a fraudulent President, and JD Vance is a fraudulent Vice President!

The arguments can be made, before the Supreme Court, that in the Constitution, there is no mention of any popular vote; no mention of any political party; that the states have no right to meddle in a federal election; that all state laws requiring Electors to vote for certain candidates is Unconstitutional. 

Bear in mind that the main purpose of this proposed challenge to the 2024 Presidential Election, is to raise the level of awareness of the working class, to expose the hypocrisy of the bourgeoisie. Any possible ruling, by the Supreme Court, to the effect of removing Trump from office, is merely a bonus. 

As for those who object, quite reasonably, that the Twelfth Amendment, is a remnant of slavery, and should be abolished, I can only respond that you are absolutely correct. It was signed into law in 1804, with a view to giving more political power, to slave owners. It established the Electoral College, the number of Electors from each state based on the population of that state. Further, sixty percent of the slaves, of each slave holding state, were considered to be people, for the purposes of determining the number of Electors, for that particular state. All the more reason for the slave owners to own as many slaves as possible!

That in no way changes the fact that the Twelfth Amendment is still the ‘’law of the land’’! It has yet to be abolished!

Now that we have the experience of several revolutions, ‘’under our belts’’, we would be fools to not learn from that experience. And in fact, Lenin summed up that experience in Left Wing Communism, An Infantile Disorder:

‘’The fundamental law of revolution, which has been confirmed by all revolutions, and especially by all three Russian revolutions in the twentieth century, is as follows: for a revolution to take place, it is not enough for the exploited and oppressed masses to realize the impossibility of living in the old way, and demand changes; for a revolution to take place, it is essential that the exploiters should not be able to live and rule in the old way. It is only when the ‘lower classes’ do not want to live in the old way, and the ‘upper classes’ cannot carry on in the old way, that the revolution can triumph. This truth can be expressed in other words: revolution is impossible without a nation wide crisis (affecting both the exploiters and the exploited). It follows that, for a revolution to take place, it is essential first, that a majority of the workers (or at least a majority of the class conscious, thinking, and politically active workers), should fully realize that revolution is necessary, and that they should be prepared to die for it; second, that the ruling classes should be going through a governmental crisis, which draws even the most backward masses into politics (symptomatic of any genuine revolution is a rapid, tenfold and even hundredfold increase in the size of the working and oppressed masses- hitherto apathetic- who are capable of waging the political struggle), weakens the government, and makes it possible for the revolutionaries to rapidly overthrow it.’’ (italics by Lenin)

In conclusion, we can say that this ‘’popular uprising’’, of the working class, in response to the Epstein Scandal, that which I consider to be nothing other than the beginning of the Second American Revolution, is proof that the ‘’lower classes’’, the workers and family farmers, are no longer prepared to ‘’live in the old way’’. They are demanding changes. 

Further, the fact is that various members and supporters of the ruling class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, have now come out openly, in opposition to President Trump and his policies. These policies include military strikes on civilians, as well as calling for the murder of democratically elected Members of Congress. Clearly, the bourgeoisie can no longer rule in the old way. 

The Epstein Scandal has indeed created a ‘’governmental crisis’’, so that even the ‘’most backward masses’’- I much prefer the term less advanced- are now involved in politics! Now it is a matter of raising the level of awareness of the most advanced workers, to the point that they are class conscious, aware of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, true Communists! 

As a ‘’portion of the bourgeois intellectuals’’, break away and join the revolutionary class of proletarians, feel free to focus on raising the level of awareness of the most advanced workers. In this way, and only in this way, can this, the Second American Revolution, be successful.

Concerning the Process of Dissolution

In my opinion, the current situation in America, is precisely described, in the Communist Manifesto:

Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’

As for those who are skeptical, feel free to consider the following facts: 

America has just experienced the longest government shutdown in history.

Medical insurance premiums for millions of Americans are about to ‘’go through the roof’’, so that most working class people, are about to lose their medical coverage.

The tax money saved will go towards tax cuts for the monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie.

The Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, used the government shutdown as an excuse to not swear in the latest Member of Congress, Arizona Democratic Representative, Adelita Grijalva, for fifty days, after she was elected.

As soon as she was sworn in, her first act was to sign the ‘’Discharge Petition’’, in an attempt to force the release of the ‘’Epstein Files’’.

All of the Democratic Members of the House, as well as four Republican Members, had earlier signed that Petition. That brought the total to 217. As there are 435 Members of Congress, her vote brought it up to the required 218 majority, in order to force a vote. 

Now Mike Johnson has agreed to call a vote next week, concerning the release of the Epstein Files.

At the moment, twenty thousand pages of documents, including countless emails from Jeffrey Epstein, from 2011 to 2119, have been released.

These emails from Epstein, mention Trump multiple times. Epstein alleges, in his emails, that ‘’Trump knew about the girls Epstein was trafficking’’, that Epstein ‘’gave one of his girlfriends to Trump’’, that ‘’Trump spent hours in Epstein’s house’’, with an ‘’underage girl’’. He also referred to Trump as a ‘’maniac with early dementia’’.

The Leftist press is reporting that Trump has ‘’descended into full panic mode’’, over the release of the twenty thousand pages of Epstein Files, as well as the threat of the release of hundreds of thousands of more documents.

Accordingly, he summoned Republican Member of Congress, Lauren Boebert, who has signed the Petition, to a meeting in the White House situation room, to ‘’discuss her demand to release the Epstein Files’’. In fact, Trump and senior officials tried to intimidate her, to force her to change her mind. It is to her credit that she stood her ground.

In a desperate attempt to get someone to swear that he was not involved with Epstein, Trump has stooped to the depth of bribing Ghislaine Maxwell, the accomplice of Epstein, an individual who is currently serving a twenty year sentence for trafficking underage girls, also convicted of perjury. Trump had her transferred to a minimum security prison, and she is being rewarded with various privileges. He will very likely issue her a pardon, in return for her assurances that Trump was not aware of the Epstein sex trafficking operation. As if anyone is about to take the word of a convicted sex offender!

If Mike Johnson keeps his word, and the vote to release the Epstein Files takes place, then at least 100 Republican Members of Congress are expected to vote to release those files. Assuming that happens, then it will have to go to the Senate. Further assuming the Senate votes on the issue, and also assuming they pass the resolution, then it has to go to Trump, and he is almost certain to veto the bill. At that point, the House and Senate can override his veto, if they so choose. That is a lot of assumes!

From a Scientific Socialist, Communist standpoint, the main point is not so much the release of the Epstein Files, as is the fact the the working class, the proletariat, is receiving an education. Their level of awareness is being raised. They are becoming more aware of themselves as a class, as opposed to the class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie.

In the interest of further raising their level of awareness, to the point of class consciousness, may I suggest watching a video, recently posted on the internet. Leftist journalists can learn from that video. It is titled, ‘’Capital Hill Erupts As Lawmakers Demand Trump’s Resignation Or Impeachment, Over Abuse Of Power’’. I have summarized the first eight minutes, of that video, as best I was able, as that is the significant part. 

It begins by stating that even ‘’Republican Members of Congress are calling for Trump to resign’’. This is followed by a balanced, thoughtful, accurate analysis of the current political situation, by Gavin Pierce, without resorting to vulgarity! A sin of which all too many Leftist journalists are guilty!

The reason that I so deeply disapprove of the use of vulgarity, within political videos, is because the most advanced workers also disapprove of this. In fact, when hearing such language, they frequently change the video! This defeats the purpose of the video! Bear in mind that it is the most advanced workers who lead! The less advanced workers pay strict attention to the opinion of the most advanced.

The narrator goes on to state: ‘’Capital Hill is erupting. Full blown chaos in Congress. Lawmakers, both Democrats and some Republicans, are demanding that Trump either resign or face impeachment. …This is over 120 House Members and at least seven Senators who said Trump needs to go. They are citing abuse of power, unauthorized military operations, defiance of court rulings, the ongoing government shutdown chaos, and they are saying ‘enough is enough, Trump has crossed too many lines, violated too many Constitutional norms, and he needs to be removed from office’. This is an unprecedented moment in American politics. …The stakes could not be higher. …If Congress actually moves forward with impeachment, or if enough pressure builds for Trump to resign, we are talking about a Constitutional Crisis….’’

So far so good. The preceding was an accurate description of our current situation, stated without undue emotion. This is followed by an excerpt from a separate video, which documents the fact that ‘’Trump wants to be a dictator’’. 

The narrator goes on to state that the calls for the impeachment of Trump have ‘’reached a fever pitch’’, after a ‘’series of drone strikes, that Trump allegedly ordered, without proper authorization. Violations of Constitutional limits of executive power’’. 

In an attempt to divert the revolutionary motion, of the working class, away from the Epstein Scandal, Trump has decided to go to war with Venezuela! The drone strikes, against Venezuelan ships, killing many innocent people, is just the beginning! The anticipated full blown war, if it happens, will result in death and destruction, on a vast scale. Not that Trump cares! He only cares about staying in power! Whatever it takes to maintain his continuous rule, along with his class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie! Nothing else matters!

This detail the narrator managed to gloss over.

He went on to state, ‘’It is like watching a slow motion train wreck. But now Congress is finally … demanding action. ..Multiple Republicans have joined Democrats in calling for Trump’s removal…Some are calling for impeachment, while others are calling for the invocation of the Twenty Fifth Amendment. …A formal impeachment resolution is on the table…seven articles of impeachment against Trump….a detailed indictment of Trump’s conduct in office….The Twenty Fifth Amendment allows the Vice President and the majority of the Cabinet to remove a President who is unable to discharge the duties of office…These calls for resignation …reflect wide spread political instability and mounting public protest. A break down in the basic functioning of government.’’

True, at the highest levels of government, officials are considering the best way to remove Trump from office, but only as a result of the revolutionary motion! They are being forced into this! The narrator does his best to also gloss over this point!

This brings us to Minute 8 of the video, and up to this point the narrator was doing reasonably well. But in the following sixteen minutes, he lost his way. He goes into the various possibilities of removing Trump from office, all within the legal bourgeois system. Yet he fails to take into account the revolutionary motion. He makes no mention of the fact that, during the recent No Kings Protest, even though an estimated seven million people protested, all across the country, no one was arrested! This is an indication that the local police have joined the Revolution! The Second American Revolution!

Almost certainly, this narrator has been to University, as he is supremely well spoken. Equally without doubt, he must be aware of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin. More accurately, he has been exposed to those theories, as only the bourgeois distortion of those theories are taught in University. As well, he must believe those distortions. 

Even though the narrator is clearly an intelligent, well educated, articulate individual, he cannot face the fact that America is currently experiencing a Second American Revolution.

This is rather strange, as the United States came into existence, as the result of a Revolution! The Revolutionary War of 1776! A Revolution of which Americans are supremely proud! With good reason, I might add. So how is it that so many well educated Americans refuse to believe that it can happen again? 

The Communist Manifesto gives us the answer:  

‘’Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’

This narrator, one of the finest of the ‘’bourgeois ideologists’’, is not capable of ‘’raising himself to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole’’. He is still focused on the old, worn out, obsolete, bourgeois method of rule. He and countless others, I might add.

Yet the Second American Revolution is underway. The working class is focused on the Epstein Scandal, and the response of the monopoly capitalist class of multi billionaires, as spear headed by the Trump administration. Now it is up to Scientific Socialists, Communists, to use this Scandal to raise the level of awareness of the working class, the proletariat, or at least the most advanced workers, to the level of Conscious People, Scientific Socialists, Communists!

The working class, the proletariat, must become aware of itself as a class, with its own class interests, which are diametrically opposed to the interests of the class of monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie! 

The conditions of life, of the proletariat, do not lead to the awareness of itself, as a class! This class awareness must be brought to the working class, from an outside source. That outside source is middle class intellectuals! Bear in mind that both Marx and Lenin were middle class intellectuals! Their revolutionary theories must be brought to the working class! 

There is a sense of urgency to this, as the Second American Revolution is already underway. Now the revisionists, those who claim to be Scientific Socialists, Communists, but are determined to revise those revolutionary theories, are equally determined to take over the existing state apparatus, and set themselves up, as the new rulers.

It is a fundamental tenet of Scientific Socialism, that the existing state apparatus, which has been set up to crush the working class, has to be smashed, and replaced with a new state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! 

Rest assured, after the Revolution, after the multi billionaires are stripped of their wealth and power, they will not resign themselves to their fate! On the contrary, their rage, their hatred, their fury, will increase ten fold, to red hot levels! They will go to any length, stoop to any depth, even to the level of pretending to be dedicated Communists, in order to infiltrate the Communist Party- one of their most effective tactics!- with the goal of returning to power! 

That is precisely what happened in the two formerly Scientific Socialist republics of the Soviet Union and China. The leaders of those countries made some serious mistakes, which enabled the capitalists to return to power. This is no cause for despair on our part. As we are all human, we all make mistakes. Now it is our duty to learn from the mistakes of those great revolutionaries, so as not to repeat those same mistakes.

Time is not on our side! A full blown insurrection could break out at any time! A Revolution is similar to a volcano. It can and will explode, but only when it is good and ready! The precise time cannot be predicted.

On the other hand, the working class is now quite well cultured, so that raising their level of awareness is nowhere near as difficult as it used to be. By comparison, in Russia, in the summer of 1917, Lenin was faced with the urgent task of raising the level of awareness of the working class, in preparation for the approaching Revolution. Even though the Russian proletariat was not at all cultured, he succeeded, within a rather short time. The workers were prepared for the October Revolution of 1917.

As Lenin and the Russian Communists succeeded, under circumstances which were far more challenging than those we face today, then we too can succeed. Bear in mind that most workers have access to various digital devices, and know how to use them. That makes our task much easier.

In summary, we can say that Trump plans to set himself up as dictator, the leader of the class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. The democratic republic is in the process of being dismantled. The impoverishment and suffering of the working class is about to be dramatically increased! At the same time, the Second American Revolution is now breaking out, and needs direction. The level of awareness of the working class must be raised. Preparations must be made for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.

As I have gone into this, in detail, in numerous previous articles, there is no need to repeat it here.

Create An International Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat. ICP,DP.

The title of this article may seem rather strange, as all previous Communist Parties have represented one country. It may be objected that the Soviet Union represented a number of Independent Soviet Socialist Republics, each of which was free to separate at any time. It is also entirely possible that each Independent Republic had its own separate Communist Party, at least in the early years, starting in 1917. That is not clear. It is clear that ‘’times change’’, and in fact, there is a huge difference between Russia of 1917, at the time of the Revolution, and our current situation.

That in no way changes the fact that our current Second American Revolution, which is just now breaking out into full and open rebellion, will closely resemble the Great Russian October Soviet Socialist Revolution. It just means that there are notable differences, which must not be ignored.

Incidentally, for the purposes of this article, I refer to the country of the United States as ‘’America’’, and the citizens of that country as ‘’Americans’’, out of respect for the people of that country, as that is the nomenclature which they use. It is not entirely accurate, but as they are in the forefront of the International Communist Movement, it is appropriate to make certain rather inconsequential concessions.

Further, as I suggested in a previous article, the current American Revolution has already spread across international borders, and not just into Canada. The British King Charles, has already stripped his brother, Andrew, of all titles of nobility, in an effort to distance the ‘’Throne’’, from the Epstein Scandal, as well as the rest of the American Revolution.

As well, there are unconfirmed reports that certain high ranking members of the Israeli government may be involved in that same Epstein Scandal. Without doubt, the American Revolution has already spread across international borders. We must respond in kind. That response must involve the creation of an International Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat. Such a Party can coordinate the activities of the working classes, the proletariat, of various countries.

This is to say that the proletariat of numerous countries, and not just those in North America and Western Europe, are now much more advanced, more cultured, than were their Russian counterparts of 1917. This calls for a different response, on our part. It is up to us to provide them with the respect they deserve. In this way, the World Socialist Republic, which was predicted by Lenin, may soon become a reality.

As concerns the name of the Party, it is important to bear in mind that no name is completely accurate, and further, over time, the name of the Party has changed, as the political situation has changed. The initial name of the Party, created largely by Lenin, in 1898, was the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party. At that time, this name was correct, as Marxists fight for democracy as well as socialism.

Yet the Party became deeply divided, as one faction was of the opinion that, ‘’Social Democracy must change from a party of the social revolution into a democratic party of social reform’’, as Lenin stated in his great work, What Is To Be Done?

Of course, Lenin strongly opposed this revisionist faction. Yet all attempts to reconcile the two factions came to naught. For that reason, the Party split, in 1903, into a majority, or Bolshevik, led by Lenin, and a minority, or Menshevik. Hence the name the Bolshevik Party.

For several years, the name ‘’Bolshevik Party’’ served its purpose, that of distinguishing themselves from the revisionists of the Menshevik Party.

Yet shortly after the successful Russian October Revolution, in March of 1918, Lenin decided to once again change the name of the Party, of course with the approval of the Central Committee. That new name was the ‘’Russian Communist Party, (Bolsheviks).

As Lenin explained, ‘’Our Party must make the most decisive, sharp, clear and and unambiguous statement that is possible, to the effect that it has broken off connections with that old official socialism, for which purpose a change in the name of the Party will be the most effective means.’’

Now it is once again time to draw a clear distinction between ourselves, those who are true Scientific Socialists, Communists, from the numerous social chauvinists, utopian socialists, and anarchists, most of whom claim to be Marxists. Yet the Dictatorship of the Proletariat is the ‘’touchstone of a true Communist’’, according to Lenin. All revisionist socialists, social chauvinists one and all, as well as all utopian socialists, are united in their opposition to the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.

As well, Engels considered the Dictatorship of the Proletariat to be so important, he used that capitalization in the introduction he wrote, in 1891, to the work by Marx, titled, ‘’The Civil War In France’’.

As well, the term ‘’Communist’’ is based upon previous revolutionary experience. It was the workers of Paris, who revolted in 1871, established the first proletarian state, and referred to this as the ‘’Paris Commune’’. They referred to themselves as ‘’Communards’’. It was in their honour that Lenin chose the name ‘’Communist’’. 

True, Lenin placed the name ‘’Bolsheviks’’ in brackets, after the title ‘’Russian Communist Party’’. Yet the reason for this was that the word Bolshevik, majority, was of little significance. It could just as easily have been Menshevik, minority. Such cannot be said of the term ‘’Dictatorship of the Proletariat’’, or DP, which is of the utmost importance, and must not be placed in brackets.

Just as all political parties need a political platform, so too the I.C.P.,D.P. is no exception. For that reason, may I suggest that the numerous articles I have written, over the last few years, become that political platform. All of those articles are based upon the Scientific Socialist, Revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin.

I suspect that the act of creating such a Party, is beyond the ability of even the most advanced workers. Yet I am sure that it is well within the ability of middle class intellectuals. Fortunately, the current revolutionary movement has provided us with an abundance of such people. As Marx and Engels stated, in the Communist Manifesto:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’

It is the -former- bourgeois ideologists, those who have been able to ‘’raise themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole’’, who are capable of creating a true International Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat. I leave this in their competent hands.

Now is the time to be resolute! The ‘’decisive hour’’ is at hand! Now is not the time to waver! Now is the time to ‘’join the revolutionary class’’! The ‘’class that holds the future in its hands’’! You will not be disappointed! Under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, your skills and training will be in demand. In turn, you will be most handsomely rewarded.
