Concerning the Democracy Forward Foundation

There is an interesting video, on the internet, titled ‘’Lawsuit threatens to blow the lid off the Trump White House’s Epstein secrets’’. It is most instructive, as it raises questions which the mainstream press avoids.

As the narrator states:

‘’A lot of people in this administration (the Trump administration), people in power, the FBI Director, the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, and more, spent years building up the release of these files. And now the collective group has kind of done a one eighty (complete turn around). Doesn’t it make you wonder what they have been saying about it behind the scenes all these months? And what they are being asked to protect? 

‘’Today, one of the organizations that has been at the forefront, of holding this administration accountable, sued the Trump administration, to answer those very questions. That lawsuit, filed by Democracy Forward, is demanding that the administration release information about their handling of the Epstein debacle, information that could explain why they have avoided disclosing the Epstein files. Among other things, the lawsuit is seeking internal communications, and this is a key part from within the FBI and the Department of Justice. Basically anything about Epstein, potential client list, flight logs, and anything related to Ghislaine Maxwell. 

‘’Just to put a fine point on this, that would include emails, memos, text messages, any chatter whatsoever, basically any internal chatter whatsoever, from within these agencies, about how to handle what has become a huge problem for Trump. And they list several top officials at the FBI and DOJ whose correspondence they are seeking, including Attorney General Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and a number of high level officials who work for them.

‘’But there was one name in particular that appears in that lawsuit that stuck out to me, because they also requested all records reflecting communications between any of those laws enforcement officials and White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt. Anything they might have discussed with Leavitt, regarding the Jeffrey Epstein matter now. Caroline Leavitt clearly does not work for the FBI or the DOJ. She works in the White House and she is notably the only White House official named in the request. So even the mere suggestion that she might have communicated with the FBI or the DOJ, about something like this, is a pretty gigantic red flag. 

‘’I mean, in my experience, senior officials at the FBI and DOJ and the White House, take great pains to avoid even the appearance of coordination on law enforcement matters. And to be clear, we do not know if Caroline Leavitt corresponded with those officials or what might have been said. But they are asking for a reason. I’m going to talk to him about it in a moment. And remember, the Press Secretary is not only responsible for answering to the public, they are also an advisor to the president. So any communication that Caroline Levitt had with DOJ or FBI, could tell us a lot about what the president is trying to hide.’’

I chose to quote the full introduction, by that narrator, as it is so important. She ‘’nailed it’’! She asked the same question that so many common people are asking: Why is the Trump administration withholding the Epstein files? What are they so desperate to hide?

This was followed by an interview with Skye Perryman, a lady who was introduced as the President and CEO of Democracy Forward, the group that just filed a lawsuit, one which is ‘’seeking documents about the handling of the Epstein files and internal communications’’. 

As Skye Perryman stated, rather bluntly, they are looking for ‘’what this administration is hiding, and what the cover up is’’. She also stated that this ‘’legal action’’ included an ‘’expedited processing request’’, as the law recognizes that ‘’on issues of significant importance, where there is great public interest, where there is great media interest, where the people in this country are wanting to know, or asking their government to be transparent, the law gives a mechanism to ask for that.’’

Strangely enough, that video does not mention the ‘’mechanism of law’’, which allows citizens to ask for such information. 

This brings us to a separate video, titled ‘’Trump secret meeting backfires as new lawsuit demands immediate release’’. In this video, the narrator documents the fact that the Epstein Files are being demanded, under the ‘’Freedom of Information Act’’. Good to know. 

The main thing to bear in mind, is the fact that such an Act exists, and that there are progressive forces who are determined to use this Act, in order to force the Trump administration to release the Epstein Files. Or at least, they are making a supreme effort. Bravo, Democracy Forward!

In the interest of clarifying their position, I have chosen to copy part of their policy statement, from the internet:

‘’Across the country, from local school boards to the halls of Congress, extreme, anti-democratic movements seek to wield political power and roll back our rights. At this critical moment where those who were responsible for January 6th have returned to power, we must use the law to defend our democracy and build for a better future.The courts are now the frontline in the battleground for democracy, not merely the last resort protectors of it.

‘’In towns and cities across America, Democracy Forward provides legal representation and expert counsel to people and communities who make up the very fabric of American democracy — free of charge. We also leverage our collective power and the law to hold anti-democratic actors to account at the national level.

‘’Our strategic pillars incorporate immediate defensive needs and a longer-term, proactive view in this fight for our democracy, our present, and our future. We leverage creativity, legal excellence, and our team’s unique mix of expertise and diverse experience in service of an unyielding determination to make our future better than our past.’’

Democracy Forward is absolutely correct! All across the country, including the ‘’halls of Congress’’, there are ‘’extreme, anti democratic movements’’, which seek to ‘’wield political power and roll back our rights’’. 

Yet it is also a fact that these ‘’anti democratic movements’’ are funded and coordinated by the monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the class of people, known as the bourgeoisie. Those are the people who are determined to destroy the American democratic republic, and replace it with the rule of an Oligarchy!

It is perhaps not too surprising, that the spokespeople for Democracy Forward, neglected to mention that ‘’not so little detail’’. It is clear that all member of that progressive organization are members of the middle class, the petty bourgeois. As such, they are supremely patriotic, as that is characteristic of the middle class. For that reason, they are determined to defend the democratic republic. 

Incidentally, the ‘’upper class’’ of monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie, is not the slightest bit patriotic. They care only about their money. Their ‘’loyalty’’ begins, and ends, with their tax breaks. To the extent that the American government continues to give them a ‘’free ride’’, then they will remain patriotic. 

The ‘’lower classes’’, including the workers and farmers, are ‘’somewhere in the middle’’. They tend to be quite patriotic, proud to display Old Glory, the American flag. Yet hunger and poverty tend to ‘’dampen their enthusiasm’’. And lately, ever more common people are being crushed by poverty. As well, the family farmers are a ‘’dying breed’’, going bankrupt, driven into the ranks of the unemployed. They simply cannot compete with the corporate farms. 

That leaves the working class, those who work for wages, referred to as the proletariat. The only ‘’consistently revolutionary class’’, according to Lenin. Their conditions of life lead to this revolutionary development. 

Now that Democracy Forward is determined to get their hands on the Epstein Files, using the Freedom of Information Act, this has the attention of the working people. Assuming that Democracy Forward is successful, then those same working people will learn that numerous ‘’rich and powerful people’’, members of the bourgeoisie, were engaged for years, in molesting under age girls. They will also learn that the law enforcement agencies have been busy covering this up. 

On the other hand, assuming that the government refuses to hand over those Epstein Files, in violation of their own laws, then the working people will also become aware that the ‘’rich and powerful’’, the bourgeoisie, are in charge, fully intend to remain in charge, and take care of each other.

This brings us to the members of Democracy Forward. As they are progressive people, deeply concerned with the democratic republic, it is very likely that many of them will come around to our way of thinking. 

The reason I say this, is because of that which Marx stated in the Communist Manifesto:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’ 

To those people, as I have mentioned so many times before, feel free to cast aside your illusions, and face the fact that Marx and Lenin were correct. That which you were taught in University, was only the bourgeois distortion of the revolutionary theories of those two great Scientific Socialists. Feel free to read, once again, the Essential Works of Marx and Lenin, but this time with an open mind. 

The revolutionary motion, of the working class, is approaching a fever pitch. An insurrection could break out at any time. Feel free to join the working class, the ‘’class which holds the future in its hands’’. Embrace the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, Scientific Socialism, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. Join us in the class struggle against the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Ever Increasing Pressure To Release Epstein Files

As is well known, Jeffrey Epstein recently died in prison. It is equally well known that he was being charged with various sex crimes, including that of ‘’trafficking underage girls’’. This is a rather polite way of saying that he was alleged to have sold children, girls under the age of seventeen, to various rich men. It is further alleged that he made video recordings of these ‘’liaisons’’, these ‘’encounters’’, these rapes of children! By numerous rich and powerful men!

Of course, under our democratic system, everyone who is charged with any crime, is entitled to their ‘’day in court’’. ‘’Innocent until proven guilty’’, as is the expression. Properly so, I might add. Yet that ‘’day in court’’ never happened, as he was found dead in his cell.  

His death was officially ruled to be a suicide. ‘’Death by hanging’’, even though there was no way he could have hung himself! As I have gone into this in a previous article, there is no need to repeat it here.

Yet since I wrote that article, there have been certain ‘’recent developments’’, such as the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell has been transferred to a different prison, one which is classified as ‘’minimum security’’. As well, a possible ‘’presidential pardon’’ has been mentioned, for reasons which defy all rational explanation. Unless, of course, it is to ‘’shut her up’’, to ‘’buy her silence’’. Her freedom, in exchange for her silence! Not to mention the possibility of also arranging for her ‘’suicide’’, if she chooses to release the names of Epstein’s clients!

This has given rise to an increasingly powerful mass movement, or a ‘’public uproar’’, if you will. For that reason, I have chosen to write another article.     

The ‘’suspicious death’’ of Jeffrey Epstein, a man who is widely considered to be a most ‘’prolific pedophile’’, a child molester, has not ‘’broken the heart’’, of too many people. ‘’Good riddance’’! It ‘’could not have happened to a more deserving individual’’, is the attitude of so many common people. So why are those same people so focused on the ‘’Epstein Scandal’’?

Because the under age girls, the children, who were sexually assaulted, were raped, robbed of their innocence, have now been denied justice! Possibly as many as one thousand! Some of these victims, now of course adults, have even been driven to suicide! 

Even though Epstein was never ‘’held to account’’, in a court of law, that was only because he died in prison, almost certainly murdered, before he had a chance to be brought before a judge. And in such a case, he could possibly have revealed the names of his clients!

The same can be said of Ghislaine Maxwell, his ‘’accomplice’’, his ‘’partner in crime’’. She ‘’groomed’’ those under age girls, pretending to be their friend, gaining their trust, and then betraying them. This self described ‘’British Socialite’’, as well as non self described ‘’former associate and fixer’’ for Jeffrey Epstein, was convicted of ‘’child sex trafficking and other offences’’, in a federal court. She was sentenced, in 2022, to twenty years in prison. 

It is not too surprising that she maintains her innocence, falsely accused and convicted. After all, every other prison inmate says the same thing. They would have us believe that our prisons are filled with harmless little lambs. Ha! So how is it that this particular little lamb has been transferred to a minimum security prison?

We are not about to get any answers from the mainstream press, as it is owned and operated by the multi billionaires, the ruling class of people who are technically referred to as the bourgeoisie. The journalists who work for these outlets, are careful to report only that which their bosses approve. It is in their best interest to do so. To even suggest that a considerable number of those multi billionaires, may be listed as ‘’clients’’ of Epstein- child molesters!- is strictly forbidden! 

For that reason, it is the ‘’Leftist press’’, the journalists who do not answer to the multi billionaires, those who post videos on the internet, who are able to provide us with the answers.

In fact, the Leftist press reports that no less than one thousand FBI agents were put to work, twenty four hours a day, in order to ‘’flag’’ any Epstein files, which contained the name of Donald Trump. As there are reported to be one hundred thousand files, each containing three pages, that ‘’flagging’’ took a while.

The term ‘’flagging’’ is used to make sure that any files which contain the name of Trump, is not to ‘’see the light of day’’. 

Even though it is estimated that at least one thousand underage girls have been sexually assaulted- raped-, yet merely two people have even been charged. Those two people are Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Now Epstein is dead, and Maxwell has been moved to a minimum security prison.

Yet it is the duty of law enforcement personnel, including the FBI, to identify and prosecute the individuals responsible, the child molesters, the pedophiles. Instead, the FBI is covering up those crimes. The multi billionaires must be protected!

It is entirely possible that all of the Epstein files, as well as countless video recordings, in which Epstein filmed the rape of those girls, may be destroyed. Not to protect the victims, but to protect the guilty! The child molesters!

Regardless of whether or not the Epstein files are destroyed, or merely with held, the point must be stressed, to the working class, that this is merely an example of class conflict, of the working class, the proletariat, in conflict with the capitalist class, the bourgeoisie. Donald Trump is merely the spokesman, the ‘’mouthpiece’’, for the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie.

It is also a fact that the ‘’mass movement’’, of the working class, the revolutionary motion of the proletariat, is now very broad and deep. It is so powerful, the House of Representatives was shut down early, for the summer recess, in an attempt to prevent those Members from taking any action, which was opposed by the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie. Unsuccessfully, I might add.

In support of that previous statement, may I draw the attention of the reader to a video, recently posted on the internet. It is titled, ‘’National Politics: House Committee issues subpoenas in Epstein controversy’’. Despite the fact that the House is in recess, the journalist reports that:

‘’House lawmakers are pushing for more information in the Jeffrey Epstein files. Today issuing subpoenas for former President Clinton and a number of Democratic and Republican officials….On Capital Hill, lawmakers still focused on the files of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The House Oversight Committee issued subpoenas to former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and several former top Justice Department officials, in both Democratic and Republican administrations, to testify before the Committee on Epstein. It’s an interesting group. They’ve certainly cast a very wide net, and you have people from all political parties being subpoenaed to come. Will the public ever hear this information? That is unclear. As of right now, these are supposed to be ‘’closed door’’ depositions. Republican Committee Chairman James Comer, who has been pushing the White House and Department of Justice to release all the files, also issued a subpoena to the DOJ, for the complete un-redacted records, related to Epstein, on or before August 19. This is the latest move in a controversy that has plagued the president, over his former relationship with the now deceased financier. NBC News has learned that the DOJ is now considering releasing a transcript of the interview, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch, the president’s former lawyer, did with Epstein accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell. She’s convicted of sex trafficking young girls, and last week she was moved from a low security federal prison, to a less secure prison camp. For weeks, President Trump has claimed the issue is a hoax, blaming Democrats, and trying to move on’’. 

Incidentally, Epstein was found dead in his cell on August 19, 2019. Also, the question of the ‘’public ever hearing this information’’, is a matter of the strength of the revolutionary motion, of the working class. As that revolutionary motion is now very powerful, it is ever more likely that it will be made public.

It is clear that the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, are deeply divided, squabbling among themselves. It is just as clear that the working people, especially the proletariat, are deeply dissatisfied. This discontent is growing. In other words, the situation is revolutionary. 

Marx and Engels went into this, in the Communist Manifesto: ‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. It is clear that the class struggle is ‘’nearing the decisive hour’’. The ruling class is deeply divided, in the ‘’process of dissolution’’. Their plan to abolish the democratic republic and establish the rule of an Oligarchy, led by Trump, has not proceeded as they had anticipated. An unforeseen difficulty, a ‘’bump in the road’’, has made an appearance. That little difficulty is the revolutionary movement of the working class. Who ever would have thought that the death of a child molester would have led to such an uproar?

Yet such is the case. Not because the working people are ‘’all broken up’’ over the death of Epstein. On the contrary, their attitude is one of ‘’good riddance’’. It is the manner of his death, which was clearly a murder, in order to ‘’shut him up’’, to keep him from revealing the names of his ‘’customers’’, those who are ‘’rich and powerful’’ men, child molesters, one and all. 

So many children were terribly abused, robbed of their innocence. Now as adults, they are being denied justice. The very system which is supposed to protect them, including the law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI, are now frantically protecting their abusers! 

That is the reason the working people are so upset! It is becoming clear to them that the ruling class of multi billionaires, the members of the bourgeoisie, consider themselves to be ‘’above the law’’. For years, many of them have been molesting children, and getting away with it. Not any more! Not if the working class has anything to say about this! And rest assured, they are saying this! Loud and clear!

Now we can expect a ‘’small section of the ruling class’’, the ‘’bourgeois ideologists’’, those who are capable of comprehending the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, to ‘’join the proletariat’’, the ‘’revolutionary class’’, the class which ‘’holds the future in its hands’’. 

As I have documented in previous articles, it is certainly in their best interests to do so! There is no need to repeat it here. Suffice it to say that the country can best be compared to a ‘’powder keg’’, in that any spark can cause an explosion. The tension is extreme. 

Perhaps an example is appropriate. At town hall meetings, in even ‘’deeply red states’’, the politicians are being heckled, ridiculed for their defence of the multi billionaires. They are facing chants of ‘’Tax the rich’’!

A full scale uprising, a revolution, could break out at any time. Even the staunchest supporters of the bourgeoisie, can see the ‘’writing on the wall’’. One such supporter is revealed in a video titled, ‘’Trump Gets Dire Warning From Ex- Fox News Host’’. In that video, Gretchen Carlson, who is introduced as a ‘’Journalist and Co- Founder of Lift Our Voices’’, stated, ‘’There will be an insurrection if he (Trump) pardons Ghislaine Maxwell.’’

She is so right! For the moment, this uprising is spontaneous. It lacks direction. Leaders are required. Otherwise, the revolution could succeed only in overthrowing one set of rulers, and replacing them with another. ‘’Out of the frying pan, into the fire’’! Not a vast improvement!

Monopoly capitalism must be replaced with Scientific Socialism, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. The completely reactionary class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, must be overthrown and crushed, by the working class, the proletariat. Otherwise, they will return to power, as they have in both the Soviet Union and China. 

It is up to true Marxists, Scientific Socialists, Communists, to explain this to the working class. We can learn from the mistakes of previous revolutions, or we can repeat those mistakes! 

There is an urgent need to raise the level of awareness of the working class. The most advanced workers must be raised to the level of conscious people, true Communists, aware of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin. They must embrace the goal of true Scientific Socialism, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. They in turn, will lead the less advanced. 

As I have mentioned on numerous previous occasions, the Essential Works of Marx and Lenin are available, on the internet. At a very minimum, State and Revolution, by Lenin, is an absolute necessity. It documents the fact that the existing state apparatus must be smashed, at the time of the revolution, and replaced with a working class state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, in order to crush the bourgeoisie, as they make every effort to restore their ‘’paradise lost’’. 

We will know we are getting our message across, when the expressions Dictatorship of the Proletariat, Workers of the World, Unite!, and Scientific Socialism, are common place.

Concerning ‘’Bombshell’’ Report By the Wall Street Journal

One of the most highly respected, conservative, ‘’Right Wing’’ newspapers in the country, the Wall Street Journal, WSJ, published a ‘’bombshell’’ article, on July 18, concerning the ‘’Jeffrey Epstein Scandal’’.

Allow me to clarify that previous statement. It is the monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, those who are members of a class of people, technically referred to as the bourgeoisie, who have such high respect for the WSJ. By contrast, those of us who are generally considered to be ‘’Leftist’’, including socialists and Communists, tend to have a somewhat different attitude towards that newspaper.

I mention this, for the benefit of those members of the working class, the proletariat, who are just now becoming politically active. Welcome, my Brothers and Sisters, my Comrades!

That being said, the fact is that I believe in ‘’giving credit where credit is due’’. In this particular case, the WSJ deserves credit for exposing the lies and hypocrisy of Donald Trump. 

It is also a fact that the ‘’Jeffrey Epstein Scandal’’, as that is the manner to which it is being referred, has attracted the attention of countless working people. For that reason, it deserves our attention. Not because a convicted sex offender, a pedophile, a child molester, was clearly murdered in prison, but because it is part of a much larger criminal conspiracy, on the part of the bourgeoisie, in an attempt to cover up their crimes.

Now to the matter:

The WSJ alleges that, in 2003, ’’Jeffrey Epstein’s friends sent him bawdy letters for a 50th birthday album.’’ They further allege that ‘’one of those letters was from Donald Trump’’.

As the WSJ went on to state, 

‘’The letter bearing Trump’s name, which was reviewed by the Journal, is bawdy- like others in the album. It contains several lines of type written texts, framed by the outline of a naked woman, which appears to be hand- drawn with a heavy marker. 

‘’A pair of small arcs denotes the woman’s breasts, and the future president’s signature is a squiggly line ‘Donald’ below her waist, mimicking pubic hair.

‘’The letter concludes: ‘Happy Birthday- and may every day be another wonderful secret.’’’

Naturally, Trump denies writing this letter. He certainly cannot deny knowing Epstein, if only because there are numerous pictures and videos of the two of them, apparently ‘’partying’’ together. 

In fact, in 2002, Trump said of Epstein, ‘’Terrific guy. I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he loves beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it- Jeffrey enjoys his social life.’’  

Now that the WSJ has published an article, alleging that Trump gave Epstein that ‘’bawdy letter’’, Trump is determined to sue the WSJ and ’’media mogul’’, Rupert Murdoch, presumably for slander.

In case people are wondering, there is no law against lying. It may be naughty, but it is not illegal. So even if Trump would love to press charges against them, for ‘’saying terrible things about him’’, he cannot. 

What he can do, and is doing, is suing them for slander. And what is slander? It is the ‘’act of uttering false charges or misrepresentations that defame and damage another’s reputation.’’

The key word here is ‘’false’’. As long as the WSJ can prove that the accusations are indeed correct, that Trump did indeed write that ‘’bawdy letter’’ to Epstein, then the lawsuit has no basis. 

In the case of the WSJ and Rupert Murdock, they chose to run this story, knowing full well that they would almost certainly face a lawsuit from Trump. For that reason, they must have been first convinced that the letter was written by Trump. What is more, they must have been convinced that they were able to prove it. After all, the WSJ and Murdock have been accused of a great many things. Stupidity in not one of those things!

This begs the question: How does the WSJ plan to prove, in a court of law, that the letter was written by Trump?

The only reasonable answer, is by having an expert on handwriting swear, under oath, that the hand writing is indeed, that of Trump. Otherwise, the WSJ will be forced to pay dearly, for those serious accusations. 

No doubt, a great many people are wondering just how the WSJ got their hands on that ‘’bawdy letter’’, or at least a copy of that letter. After all, such a letter could be evidence in a potential criminal case, involving under age girls.

The answer is that, it is almost certain that a member of the FBI, or the DOJ, ‘’leaked’’ this document, to the WSJ. This is to say that an agent of one of those government organizations, slipped a copy to a journalist, one who worked for the WSJ. 

This act may, or may not, have been legal. Legal or not, the journalists are under no obligation to reveal their sources. They are protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution. For that reason, all police officers are aware that they can slip to these journalists information which they want to make public, with the understanding of complete confidentiality. In other words, the journalist promises to not mention their name.

Of course, Trump has responded to this, precisely as expected. He is suing the WSJ, and Rupert Murdoch. 

It is the opinion of legal experts, that ‘’This lawsuit is the single stupidest thing he could have done! …At the end of the day, the notebook comes out….It is up to Trump to prove the notebook is false…The WSJ has anticipated this, and they are ready for war’’. 

How is it that no one is surprised that Trump has, once again, done the ‘’stupidest thing’’ possible? This merely serves to increase the ‘’public curiosity’’, as the mainstream press phrases it. 

It is also not at all surprising, that the same mainstream press is careful to avoid any mention of classes! God forbid that the working class should become aware of themselves, as a class! With their own class interests!

It is the duty, of Scientific Socialists, to raise the level of awareness of the working class, the proletariat! The most advanced workers must be raised to the level of Scientific Socialists, aware of the fact that the proletariat is destined to overthrow the completely reactionary class of monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie, to smash the existing state apparatus, and to set up a new state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! 

The best way to accomplish this, is by becoming involved in that which interests the working people. Hence our concern with the murder of a pedophile, a child molester.

Not that too many people are shedding tears over this. One less pedophile is no great loss. It is his rich clients, the multi billionaires, the members of the class of people known as the bourgeoisie, who paid a small fortune for the ‘’honour and privilege’’ of raping underage girls, with whom we are concerned. Those girls, now adults, are being denied justice!

There can be no doubt, that Epstein was in the business of selling underage girls, to those with great wealth. Just as there can be no doubt that he was murdered, in his prison cell, in order to keep him from talking, from revealing the identity of his ‘’clients’’, the people who paid, most handsomely, to rape those girls! 

That previous statement is widely disputed, as the death of Epstein has been officially ruled a suicide. The Medical Examiner conducted an investigation, and issued  a ruling of ‘’suicide by hanging’’. Even though such a hanging is simply not possible!

That is the considered opinion of a true expert, a self confessed former mobster, an individual who has spent years in prison, including seven months in the same prison in which Epstein supposedly hung himself.

This is made clear in a video, posted on the internet, titled, ‘’Epstein ‘could not have killed himself’, says inmate held in same cell.’’ As he stated:

‘’There is no way you are able to commit suicide. There is no way to hang yourself. There’s nothing from the ceiling. The beds are too low….As far as the cameras being off, I have not experienced that, or of correctional officers not walking those cells. They look in on you all the time….I do not believe it was suicide. It is almost impossible….There is no way that this person operated alone….He (Epstein) had cameras on every bedroom…and all of a sudden all of it is gone? None of this makes sense…It was young women involved in this, trafficked and abused. I have daughters and grand daughters, and I just do not like it. Anybody involved in this should be held accountable….It has got to stop. If these people are not held accountable, it is just going to continue. And unfortunately it seems like it is people with power and money….there is a lot of stuff that really needs to come out…’’

This is almost certainly true, as mobsters have a certain code. All are family men, with wives and children, including daughters. Women and children are to be protected, not harmed! All sex offenders, and especially child molesters, are held in the utmost contempt!

Yet if we are to be wildly optimistic, and assume that it is possible for someone to somehow hang themselves in prison, then it stands to reason, common sense, that the marks of that noose, would be quite distinctive. It would go from the front, the throat, to higher up on the neck, in back. By contrast, signs of strangulation would go from the throat, directly to the rear, without going higher up. 

This fact is well known to all Medical Examiners, those who are responsible for determining the cause of death. To falsify an official document, to state that the cause of death was by suicide, when all evidence indicates murder by strangulation, is a very serious matter. Such a falsification could result in the loss of license of that Medical Examiner. It could also lead to charges of accessory to murder!

Yet all indications are, that is precisely the case! Those whom the mainstream press refers to as the ‘’rich and powerful’’, the ‘’members of the elite’’, are in fact the multi billionaires, monopoly capitalists, members of the ruling class of people referred to as the bourgeoisie. 

Concerning the subject of the prison cameras, it has been determined that the video shown was falsified! In a video, posted on the internet, and titled, ‘’Proof: Epstein video edited by feds’’, it states:

‘’Metadata embedded in the video and analyzed by WIRED and independent video forensics experts show that rather than being a direct export from the prison’s surveillance system, the footage was modified, likely using the professional editing tool Adobe Premiere Pro. The file appears to have been assembled from at least two source clips, saved multiple times, exported, and then uploaded to the DOJ’s website, where it was presented as ‘raw’ footage’’. 

A great many members of that class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, no doubt paid Epstein, in order to rape underage girls! All of which was video taped by Epstein! For purposes of blackmailing those same clients, no doubt!

Now that the FBI and the DOJ have those videos, they also have the identify of those child molesters, multi billionaires, one and all. It is those videos which are being with held from the public. Not to protect the identity of the victims. But to protect the identity of the child molesters! The multi billionaires!

Strangely enough, this disclosure, by the WSJ, places Scientific Socialists, Communists, in alliance with Rupert Murdoch and Elon Musk. Strictly on this one issue, mind you, that of exposing the conspiracy, of certain multi billionaires, to cover up their rape of countless under age girls.

While this alliance may seem strange, it is not too surprising. In fact, the Communist Manifesto goes into this. In Section 3, Part 2, under the title of ‘’Conservative or Bourgeois Socialism’’, it states:

‘’A part of the bourgeoisie is desirous of redressing social grievances, in order to secure the continued existence of bourgeois society. 

‘’To this section belong economists, philanthropists, humanitarians, improvers of the condition of the working class, organizers of charity, members of societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals, temperance fanatics, hole – and- corner reformers of every imaginable kind. This form of socialism has, moreover, been worked out into complete systems.’’

There can be no doubt that both Musk and Murdoch are multi billionaires, and therefore members of the class of people we refer to as the bourgeoisie. Equally without doubt, they are ‘’desirous of redressing social grievances’’, in this case the widespread rape of underage girls. The reason for their concern? ‘’In order to secure the continued existence of bourgeois society’’, according to the Communist Manifesto.

Those under age girls, now adults, have been robbed of their childhood innocence, and are now being denied justice. It is to the credit of Rupert Murdoch and Elon Musk, that they are attempting to secure the release of all files pertaining to the ‘’Epstein Scandal’’, including the videos which Epstein took, of his ‘’clients’’ raping those girls. Those videos reveal the identify of those pedophiles, those who are multi billionaires.  

The precise motives for the concern of Musk and Murdoch, towards those unfortunate girls, are of secondary importance. The main thing is that they are demanding justice for those girls, and for that reason, we can support them, on this one particular issue.

Those women deserve justice! Nothing can change the fact that they have been terribly abused! Yet if Trump has his way, they will also be denied justice! All in the interests of protecting the multi billionaires who abused them!

Yet what is the role of Communists? According to the Communist Manifesto:

‘’The Communists, therefore, are on the one hand, practically, the most advanced and resolute section of the working- class parties of every country, that section which pushes forward all others; on the other hand, theoretically, they have over the great mass of the proletariat the advantage of clearly understanding the line of march, the conditions, and the ultimate general results of the proletarian movement. 

‘’The immediate aim of the Communists is the same as that of all the other proletarian parties: formation of the proletariat into a class, overthrow of the bourgeois supremacy, conquest of political power by the proletariat.’’

This is to say that our goal, that of securing justice for those unfortunate women, must be seen as part of our broader aim, that of raising the level of awareness of the working class, the proletariat. 

We are Communists, Scientific Socialists, not utopian socialists, those who strive only for paltry reforms. As Marx and Engels further make clear, in the Communist Manifesto:

‘’The theoretical conclusions of the Communists are in no way based on ideas or principles that have been invented, or discovered, by this or that would-be universal reformer.’’

This is to stress the fact that Communism, Scientific Socialism, is based on the ‘’theoretical conclusions’’ of Karl Marx, the first true Scientific Socialist. 

Allow me to further stress the fact that the ruling class of bourgeoisie, is now squabbling among themselves. The Communist Manifesto also has a few words to say about this:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’. 

May I suggest that this squabbling, among the bourgeoisie, is an indication that the ‘’class struggle is nearing the decisive hour’’. Now is the time for a ‘’small section of the ruling class to cut itself adrift’’, and ‘’join the revolutionary class’’, the proletariat, the ‘’class that holds the future in its hands’’. Of course, I am here referring to the ‘’bourgeois ideologists’’, those who have ‘’raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole’’. 

This should not be terribly difficult, as all such ideologists have been exposed to the distortion of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, in University. Now it is simply a matter of examining those theories with an open mind. 

As I have mentioned in numerous previous articles, such people have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. The bourgeoisie is determined to abolish the democratic republic, set up the rule of an Oligarchy, and to wipe out the middle class. 

Under Scientific Socialism, the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, your training and skills will be in demand. Your past service, to the bourgeoisie, will not be held against you. You will be paid most handsomely. Choose wisely.

Elon Musk and the Epstein Files

Elon Musk recently announced that his newly created America Party, will make the ‘’exposure of the Epstein files’’, a ‘’top priority’’. That is precisely what countless working people want to hear! This calls for a little explanation. 

Jeffrey Epstein was an American ‘’financier’’, a capitalist, a billionaire, a highly successful ‘’investment banker’’. He ‘’rubbed shoulders’’ with some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world. These included Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. 

He was also a convicted sex offender. For many years, it is alleged that he ran a very profitable, child sex trafficking ring. It is further alleged that he, with the assistance of Ghislaine Maxwell, was responsible for the rape of numerous under age girls, possibly as many as nine hundred, some as young as twelve years of age!

Bear in mind that underage girls, by law, cannot give consent, so that any sexual acts, with such girls, constitutes an act of rape. 

In 2019, the state of New York charged Epstein with ‘’sex trafficking’’. In an attempt to avoid federal charges, Epstein pleaded guilty to less serious charges, and was sentenced to 13 months in prison. Despite this, while in prison, the federal government charged him with ‘’sex trafficking dozens of underage girls’’. Epstein was looking at spending the rest of his life in prison.

Then in August of 2019, Epstein was found dead in his cell. His cause of death was officially ruled a suicide.

On a related matter, in 2020, New York federal prosecutors charged Ghislaine Maxwell with ‘’sex crimes’’, saying that she helped recruit the underage girls, whom Epstein abused, sometimes participating in the abuse herself. She was convicted of multiple charges, including ‘’sex trafficking, conspiracy and transportation of a minor for illegal sexual activity’’. She is currently serving a twenty year prison sentence.

This is significant, because she ‘’knows where all the bodies are buried’’, to phrase it in popular terms. In other words, she knows the names of all the ‘’clients’’, the ‘’customers’’, commonly referred to as the ‘’Johns’’, all of whom are child molesters, technically referred to as ‘’pedophiles’’. Some of these lowlifes are among the richest, most powerful men, in the country.

Not that she is at all anxious to share that information! On the contrary, she is hoarding it! Such information is as valuable as gold! If someone really wants those names- perhaps Elon Musk?- then first, open that cell door, and grease her palm! Then watch how fast she ‘’sings like a little canary’’!

Now to return to the death of Jeffrey Epstein.

Immediately after Epstein was found dead, countless people questioned the official version of events, that of ‘’death by suicide’’. They point out that there were numerous extremely wealthy, and equally powerful men, who had a keen interest in shutting him up, permanently. After all, as all professional thieves are well aware, ‘’dead men tell no tales’’.

It does not help that certain details ‘’do not add up’’, to state it in popular terms. Such as the fact that the cellmate of Epstein was moved the day before he died. The fact that the video cameras did not cover the hallway, which included the door to his cell. As well, the location of the two guards who were supposed to be watching him, has never been explained. 

The autopsy report was also ‘’less that conclusive’’, in that it was determined that the broken bones in his neck could have been caused by either hanging or strangulation. For that reason, a finding of ‘’inconclusive’’ was warranted, which calls for a more thorough investigation. 

Instead, the investigators concluded, ‘’death by suicide’’, which makes absolutely no sense.

That is not the only thing, which makes no sense. Epstein documented the rape of countless underage girls. In fact, he frequently video taped them! His ‘’clients’’, or ‘’Johns’’, rich and powerful pedophiles, were filmed raping those girls!

Yet professional investigators, highly trained members of the FBI and the DOJ, among the finest in the country, are at a loss to identify even one of those pedophiles! 

The common people, members of the public, American citizens, are outraged. Those girls, now adults, are being denied the justice they deserve! All because the men who assaulted them, are supremely rich! Multi billionaires!

It is to the credit of Elon Musk, that he is ‘’tapping into’’ this wide spread ‘’discontent’’, as the mainstream press so delicately phrases it. In fact, on behalf of his America Party, he has thoughtfully posted an ‘’Epstein Pedophile Arrest Counter’’, on his web site. This is to keep track of the number of pedophiles, clients of Epstein, who are currently being charged, as a result of the ‘’Epstein investigation’’. That counter is currently set to zero!

This is his way of mocking the lack of prosecutions, in the Epstein case. It is both effective and entertaining. Education through entertainment! Way to go, Elon Musk!

In another post, Musk stated: 

‘’Time to drop the really big bomb.

‘’Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. 

‘’Have a nice day, DJT’’.

Then in a separate post:

‘’How can people be expected to have faith in Trump if he won’t release the Epstein files?’’

An excellent question!

It is significant that, by July 9, 2025, this post had 32.6 million views! But only because Elon Musk got right to the heart of the matter!

On the subject of the ‘’Epstein files’’, a DOJ memo ‘’clarifies’’ the matter. It states that Epstein had no ‘’blackmail list’’. It goes on to say that, ‘’No further charges will be filed in the Epstein case’’. 

To even suggest that Epstein had no ‘’blackmail client list’’, is ridiculous! He was well aware that if caught, he was facing life in prison! He was equally well aware that his rich and powerful clients could keep him out of prison! It was simply a matter of providing them with the proper ‘’motivation’’. A video of them raping an underage girl was just such a motivation! This is commonly referred to as ‘’blackmail’’. 

So it is reasonable to assume that those same ‘’rich and powerful’’ people, did not wait for Epstein to carry through on his threats. They acted first, ‘’nipping the problem in the bud’’. They hired someone to kill Epstein. 

This murder was immediately followed by a thorough ‘’cover up’’. The professional investigators were first told that the death of Epstein was a suicide, and then told to investigate, and come to the proper conclusion. So the officers went through the usual motions, and promptly lied through their teeth!

Now if they could only get their lies straight!

A fine example of this is the United States Attorney General, Pam Bondi. In an interview with Fox News, she stated that the ‘’client list of Jeffrey Epstein’’ was, ‘’Sitting on my desk, to be reviewed’’.

More recently, she stated that the client list of Jeffrey Epstein ‘’Does not exist’’!  Such nonsense!

In all fairness, there can be no doubt that there are a few Americans who believe the official line, of the Trump administration, that the ‘’client list of Jeffrey Epstein’’, does not exist. Equally without doubt, few of those citizens are over the age of twelve! Everyone else is well aware that Trump and his minions are a pack of liars!

It is also a fact, that Elon Musk is doing a fine job of exposing the lies and hypocrisy, of those same people! For his own reasons, mind you! Political power! We can learn from Elon Musk!

Even though that previous statement may come as a great shock to many, I maintain that it is true. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

Both Elon Musk and Donald Trump are multi billionaires, members of the same class of people, technically referred to as the bourgeoisie. As such, both are also completely reactionary. The only difference, is that Musk is far more intelligent.

The current ‘’bone of contention’’, between those two, is political power. Trump is the President, and is using that power in ways of which Musk disapproves. For that reason, Musk has started ‘’his own’’ political party, the ‘’America Party’’. 

This is to say that the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, those who comprise the class of people known as the bourgeoisie, are deeply divided! They are squabbling over the precise method of rule. 

Marx and Engels went into this in their landmark work, the Communist Manifesto. As they stated:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands.’’

The conflict, between Trump and Musk, can be considered to be part of the ‘’process of dissolution going on within the ruling class’’. For that reason, we can expect a ‘’small section of the ruling class’’, to ‘’cut itself adrift’’, and ‘’join the revolutionary class’’, which is the working class, the proletariat, the ‘’class that holds the future in its hands’’. 

This is my less than subtle way, of suggesting that all of those who consider themselves to be socialists, of one persuasion or another, become active. After all, it is clear that the ‘’class struggle’’ is ‘’near the decisive hour’’. In other words, the revolution is very close!

Many of those self proclaimed socialists, but by no means all, have attended Universities. In particular, almost all members of the Democratic Socialists of America, DSA, are University graduates. As such, they have been exposed to the bourgeois distortion of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin. Now is the time to once again, read the Essential Works of Marx and Lenin. This time with an open mind. 

As for those who have never been to University, and most working class people have never had the opportunity, may I suggest starting with State and Revolution, by Lenin. It is readily available, on the internet. It was written in preparation for the Great Russian Proletarian October Soviet Socialist Revolution. Our next American Revolution, will closely resemble that Russian Revolution. 

As well, other works include the Communist Manifesto, as well as Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, What Is To Be Done?, and Left Wing Communism, An Infantile Disorder, all by Lenin.

A careful reading of those key works, should give all revolutionaries a basic grasp of the principles of Scientific Socialism.

The problem is that the working class, the proletariat, is not aware of itself, as a class, with its own class interests. It is certainly not aware that it is destined to overthrow the completely reactionary class of monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie, and crush them, under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! This awareness can come only from an outside source. What better outside source than Marx and Lenin?

The Essential Works of Marx and Lenin can provide that awareness. In this way, the most advanced workers can be raised to the level of true Communists, those who advocate for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. They, in turn, can bring this awareness to the less advanced.

This stands in stark contrast to the utopian socialists, many of whom are of the opinion that socialism is a fine idea, but ‘’simply not practical’’. It is utopian socialism that is not practical!

There are others, self proclaimed Marxists, who are convinced that the revolution is bound to take place, and are determined to take over the existing state apparatus, at the time of the revolution, and set themselves up, as the new rulers. These people we refer to as ‘’revisionists’’. 

It may help to think of the approaching American Revolution, as an ‘’Act of God’’, or a ‘’Higher Power’’, if you prefer, because that is precisely the case. Previous revolutionary experience has shown that, on occasion, countless people get into motion, and make history! 

As for those who dispute that statement, may I refer you to the experience of the French Revolution. It was a completely spontaneous uprising! There were no leaders, although leaders did emerge. 

The last thing we need, is another such uprising! We need an uprising of class conscious workers! Workers who are aware of themselves, as a class, with their own class interests! That includes the necessity of overthrowing the ruling class of bourgeoisie, of smashing the existing state apparatus, and replacing it with a new state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! Scientific Socialism!

With that in mind, our goal is to raise the level of awareness of the working class, the proletariat. We can do that by focusing on that which is of concern to the vast majority of working people. In this, as previously stated, we can learn from Elon Musk! 

Bear in mind that countless working people are paying strict attention to Elon Musk! If only because he is focusing on that which concerns them. Further, he is doing this in an entertaining manner, without resorting to vulgarity! The same cannot be said of all too many Leftist people.

Our duty is to also focus on that which concerns working people, and use this to raise their level of awareness, preferably in an entertaining manner. Also without the use of vulgarity!

We can only hope that celebrities, especially ‘’Hollywood Movie Stars’’, will ‘’jump on the bandwagon’’, and join the revolutionary movement, for Scientific Socialism. 

The reason I say this, is because common people, by whom I mean workers and family farmers, pay strict attention to that which celebrities say. Strange but true. 

This places an unfair burden on those people, which is unfortunate. Not that life is fair, so that is not too surprising. It is what it is.

If it is any consolation, bear in mind that the one and only alternative to monopoly capitalism, is Scientific Socialism! Further, the monopoly capitalists are determined to wipe out the middle class, and establish the rule of an Oligarchy. This could even result in a state of fascism. 

By contrast, under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, to be established after the revolution, there will be a great demand for highly skilled individuals. These include scientists, engineers and business administrators. They will be paid accordingly.

Middle class professionals have everything to gain, and nothing to lose, by embracing the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin. Feel free to get on board, and spread the message! We will know that we are getting our message across, when the following slogans become houses hold expressions:

Workers of the World, Unite! 

Scientific Socialism! 

Dictatorship of the Proletariat!

Peace! Democracy! Socialism!

Bombard the Bourgeois Headquarters! 

 

Concerning Elon Musk and the ‘’America Party’’

The former Speaker of the House, and highly respected Member of Congress, Nancy Pelosi, recently announced that, ‘’Hell must have frozen over’’. The reason she said this, is because she has always maintained that, ‘’Hell would freeze over, before she agreed with Elon Musk’’. Yet now she agrees with Elon Musk!

In fact, Elon Musk has now publicly opposed the ‘’Big Beautiful Bill’’, as Donald Trump refers to it, which he has recently signed into law. By taking such a stand, he has joined the ranks of all Members of the Democratic Party, within the Senate and the House of Representatives, in the capital of Washington, DC.

In fact, this was not nearly as unexpected as it first appeared. The American ruling class, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, are deeply divided. They are certainly determined to maintain their rule, but disagree on the precise method to be used. Trump has decided to cut taxes on the members of his class of multi billionaires, while at the same time, cutting social programs, including medical and food assistance, for those who need it most, the members of the working class, the proletariat.

By contrast, Elon Musk is opposed to this bill, not because it would serve to further impoverish the working class, but because it would dramatically increase the national debt, to the point that it could not be sustained! The cuts to the social programs do not go far enough!

This in no way changes the fact that his opposition to this bill, places him in agreement, or ‘’alliance’’, with the members of the Democratic Party. Temporarily, of course, and strictly on this one particular issue. 

Remarkably enough, this strange alliance is not as unusual as it first appears. In fact, it came about as a natural result of that which was predicted by Marx and Engels, in the Communist Manifesto. As they stated, this comes about when the ‘’class struggle nears the decisive hour’’, as a result of the ‘’process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character…’’.  

It is clear that the American ruling class is currently going through a ‘’process of dissolution’’, so that the class struggle is ‘’nearing the decisive hour’’. 

That same Manifesto tells us what to expect: ‘’A small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands….a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically, the historical movement as a whole’’. 

This is not to suggest that Elon Musk is about to ‘’raise himself’’, to the level of ‘’comprehending theoretically’’, the ‘’historical movement as a whole’’. That would result in Musk becoming a true Marxist! A Communist! Not about to happen! 

Yet Elon Musk is not entirely stupid! In fact, we can learn from Musk! He noticed that the bill passed both Houses of Congress by the narrowest of margins. He is determined to abolish the Two Party System, which he refers to as the ‘’One Party System’’, by starting a third party, an ‘’America Party’’. 

Musk claims that we live under a ‘’one party system’’, ‘’not a democracy’’, and that the two parties, Democratic and Republican, are ‘’two sides of the same coin’’. In this, he is  absolutely correct!

The political platform, or ‘’agenda’’ of this new America Party, includes promises of ‘’Freedom, fiscal discipline, tech friendly immigration, government efficiency, free speech protection online, and military modernization’’. 

Such an agenda is supremely vague! Deliberately so! No one knows precisely what that means! 

The only definite detail, is the fact that Musk plans to support numerous candidates, for the offices of the House of Representatives, as well as the Senate, in the forthcoming midterm elections, in 2026. All such candidates will run on behalf of the America Party. He is convinced that, even if as few as ‘’eight or ten’’ candidates are able to win election to the House, as well as ‘’two or three Senate seats’’, then that will give the America Party the ‘’balance of power’’. Once again, he is absolutely correct!

It is entirely possible that Musk has learned something from the Marxists! Not that he is about to admit this, but we cannot entirely dismiss the possibility.

Yet as Musk mentioned his intention, of having members of his America Party, run for political offices in Washington, that is most important, and calls for a little explanation. 

It was Lenin who stressed the importance of taking part in ‘’bourgeois democratic parliaments’’, otherwise known as Congresses. As he stated, in Left Wing Communism, An Infantile Disorder: 

‘’Participation in parliamentary elections and in the struggle on the parliamentary rostrum is obligatory on the party of the revolutionary proletariat, specifically for the purpose of educating the backward strata of its own class, and for the purpose of awakening and enlightening the undeveloped, downtrodden and ignorant rural masses. While you lack the strength to do away with bourgeois parliaments and every other type of reactionary institution, you must work within them because it is there that you will still find workers who are duped by the priests and stultified by the conditions of rural life; otherwise you risk turning into nothing but a windbag….The conclusion which follows from this is absolutely incontrovertible: It has been proven that, far from causing harm to the revolutionary proletariat, participation in a bourgeois- democratic parliament, even  a few weeks before the victory of a Soviet republic, and even after such a victory, actually helps that proletariat to prove to the backward masses why such parliaments deserve to be done away with; it facilitates their successful dissolution and helps to make bourgeois parliamentarianism ‘politically obsolete’’’.  (italics by Lenin)

It is entirely possible, even likely, that a considerable number of working people will be attracted to this proposed America Party. The reason I say this, is because of their deep discontent, towards the two mainstream political parties. Most of the working people who are anticipated to join, or at least to vote, for the America Party, will do so out of a sense of frustration, of voting against the other two parties, rather than of approval of the political program of the American Party. After all, no one can really make any sense of that program!

As well, there is no true Communist Party, one which calls for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, the one and only alternative to the bourgeois parties. As no alternative is being offered, we can expect countless workers to go with something that is at least different.

Yet it is the democratic right of all Americans, to create a separate political party. For that reason, it is up to us to support Elon Musk, in his attempts to create the America Party. The working people who join that Party will soon realize that all mainstream parties serve the same class, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. This will serve to raise their level of awareness.

At the same time, it is very likely that Elon Musk is under estimating the potential of such an America Party. Countless registered voters, of both mainstream political parties, will likely vote for the America Party, not because they agree with their policies, but more as a form of protest against the other two parties. Rather than win a handful of seats, within the House and Senate, they could potentially win a great deal. Possibly a majority!

Further, a candidate of the America Party could conceivably become President! And soon! There is no need to wait for the 2028 presidential election! This could happen almost immediately!

This is not meant as a joke. There is a very real possibility that Elon Musk could soon replace Donald Trump as President! As he is a bright fellow, he may decide to hire a team of attorneys, experts in Constitutional law, and order them to challenge the 2024 presidential election, in a court of law, on the grounds that it violated the Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution. 

That Amendment lays out the procedure to be followed in all federal elections. It is up to the Electors, and only the Electors, who are appointed by the states, and only by the states, to vote for the individuals of their choice, for the offices of President and Vice President.

This fact is well known to all experts on Constitutional law. As this procedure was not followed, in the 2024 federal election, it follows that Trump is a fraudulent President, and Pence is a fraudulent Vice President! A challenge, to that federal election, could result in a decision, by the Supreme Court, to that effect! This could result in the removal from office, of both Trump and Pence! 

This would have the effect of clearing the way for the office of President, for a candidate of the America Party! What better candidate than Elon Musk?

No doubt, most scholars disagree. They would argue that Elon Musk was not born in America, so that, by Constitutional law, he is not qualified to become president. True! That is a fact. Yet it is also a fact that there are legal experts who can be counted upon to find a legal loophole! Especially if a little ‘’palm greasing’’ is involved! All it takes is money!

For those who are not aware, I should point out that Elon Musk has no shortage of money. Money may not ‘’buy happiness’’, but it certainly buys everything else. That includes the presidency. Bear in mind that the votes of a mere 270 Electors, are required to become President. That is well within the ‘’financial means’’, of a man of his great wealth!

As for those who object that it cannot possibly be that simple and easy, to remove both Trump and Pence from office, may I respond that perhaps such souls have not read the Twelfth Amendment.

Further objections may be made, that the current ‘’Two Party System’’ has been in place, since the days of the Civil War. This also is true. Which is not to say that it is legal! As countless middle class intellectuals are well aware!

Those same middle class intellectuals are equally well aware, that a Supreme Court decision, to the effect that the 2024 federal election was fraudulent, could result in all federal elections, since the days of the Civil War, being declared fraudulent! For that reason, they remain silent, out of a sense of patriotism. 

By contrast, Elon Musk has every reason to be vocal, and no reason to feel patriotic. After all, Donald Trump is threatening to deport him! One good turn deserves another! Better to ‘’get even’’, than to ‘’get mad’’! What better way to ‘’get even’’ than by removing Trump from office, and taking over that same office? Once installed in office, as President, he in turn, could threaten to deport the wife of Trump!

Now to return to the statement of Nancy Pelosi, in which she agrees with Elon Musk, in his opposition to the budget bill of Trump. She should also agree that he has the right to form a new political party, as it is his democratic right. All Leftist people should support Elon Musk, on this one issue, as we fight for democracy as well as socialism.

This creation, of the America Party, is bound to attract the attention, of almost all members of the working class. Many of those workers will also join, or at least vote, for candidates of that new party. In the process, they will learn, from their own experience, that this new party is no different from the other two mainstream political parties. All of those political parties serve the same ruling class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. Those monopoly capitalists are in charge, and fully intend to remain in charge.

In this way, they will come to realize that the Scientific Socialists are correct. The one and only alternative to capitalism, is in fact, Scientific Socialism, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. 

At the same time, for our part, we can do our best to support Senator Sanders, as well as the ‘’Members of the Squad’’, in the House of Representatives. They are honest people of principle, leaders of the working class, and deserve our support. 

In conclusion, we can state that our goal is to raise the level of awareness of all members of the working class, the proletariat, including those who are much less advanced. This involves respecting their personal beliefs, as well as avoiding the use of such words as ‘’backward’’, as they may consider this to mean that we are calling them ‘’stupid’’. 

With that in mind, may I also recommend publishing some very popular literature for such workers, complete with references to sports metaphors. At the same time, avoid the use of vulgarity, as such garbage is all too common in the revolutionary movement. 

Allow me to stress the fact, that our support for Elon Musk is limited only to his attempts to defend the democratic republic. This includes his attempt to form a third party, an America Party. As well, it could include any attempt to force a ruling, by the Supreme Court, concerning the Twelfth Amendment. This we can only welcome!

At the same time, we must redouble our efforts to expose the completely reactionary nature of the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. 

The level of awareness of the proletariat must be raised. The most advanced workers must be raised to the level of ‘’conscious people’’, true Communists, those who call for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. That is the duty of middle class intellectuals, those who are aware of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin.

As I have gone into this, in considerable detail, in previous articles, there is no need to repeat it here. 

Bear in mind that the bourgeoisie have decided to wipe out the middle class. All businesses but five are ‘’Too Small To Succeed’’! Middle class intellectuals have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. After the revolution, after we establish a state of Scientific Socialism, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, then the services of those people will be in demand. And rest assured, they will be paid accordingly. 

We will know that we are getting our message across, that the level of awareness of the proletariat is rising, when the posters and signs contain such slogans as:

Workers of the World, Unite!

Dictatorship of the Proletariat!

Peace! Democracy! Socialism!

Scientific Socialism!
