Create An International Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat. ICP,DP.

The title of this article may seem rather strange, as all previous Communist Parties have represented one country. It may be objected that the Soviet Union represented a number of Independent Soviet Socialist Republics, each of which was free to separate at any time. It is also entirely possible that each Independent Republic had its own separate Communist Party, at least in the early years, starting in 1917. That is not clear. It is clear that ‘’times change’’, and in fact, there is a huge difference between Russia of 1917, at the time of the Revolution, and our current situation.

That in no way changes the fact that our current Second American Revolution, which is just now breaking out into full and open rebellion, will closely resemble the Great Russian October Soviet Socialist Revolution. It just means that there are notable differences, which must not be ignored.

Incidentally, for the purposes of this article, I refer to the country of the United States as ‘’America’’, and the citizens of that country as ‘’Americans’’, out of respect for the people of that country, as that is the nomenclature which they use. It is not entirely accurate, but as they are in the forefront of the International Communist Movement, it is appropriate to make certain rather inconsequential concessions.

Further, as I suggested in a previous article, the current American Revolution has already spread across international borders, and not just into Canada. The British King Charles, has already stripped his brother, Andrew, of all titles of nobility, in an effort to distance the ‘’Throne’’, from the Epstein Scandal, as well as the rest of the American Revolution.

As well, there are unconfirmed reports that certain high ranking members of the Israeli government may be involved in that same Epstein Scandal. Without doubt, the American Revolution has already spread across international borders. We must respond in kind. That response must involve the creation of an International Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat. Such a Party can coordinate the activities of the working classes, the proletariat, of various countries.

This is to say that the proletariat of numerous countries, and not just those in North America and Western Europe, are now much more advanced, more cultured, than were their Russian counterparts of 1917. This calls for a different response, on our part. It is up to us to provide them with the respect they deserve. In this way, the World Socialist Republic, which was predicted by Lenin, may soon become a reality.

As concerns the name of the Party, it is important to bear in mind that no name is completely accurate, and further, over time, the name of the Party has changed, as the political situation has changed. The initial name of the Party, created largely by Lenin, in 1898, was the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party. At that time, this name was correct, as Marxists fight for democracy as well as socialism.

Yet the Party became deeply divided, as one faction was of the opinion that, ‘’Social Democracy must change from a party of the social revolution into a democratic party of social reform’’, as Lenin stated in his great work, What Is To Be Done?

Of course, Lenin strongly opposed this revisionist faction. Yet all attempts to reconcile the two factions came to naught. For that reason, the Party split, in 1903, into a majority, or Bolshevik, led by Lenin, and a minority, or Menshevik. Hence the name the Bolshevik Party.

For several years, the name ‘’Bolshevik Party’’ served its purpose, that of distinguishing themselves from the revisionists of the Menshevik Party.

Yet shortly after the successful Russian October Revolution, in March of 1918, Lenin decided to once again change the name of the Party, of course with the approval of the Central Committee. That new name was the ‘’Russian Communist Party, (Bolsheviks).

As Lenin explained, ‘’Our Party must make the most decisive, sharp, clear and and unambiguous statement that is possible, to the effect that it has broken off connections with that old official socialism, for which purpose a change in the name of the Party will be the most effective means.’’

Now it is once again time to draw a clear distinction between ourselves, those who are true Scientific Socialists, Communists, from the numerous social chauvinists, utopian socialists, and anarchists, most of whom claim to be Marxists. Yet the Dictatorship of the Proletariat is the ‘’touchstone of a true Communist’’, according to Lenin. All revisionist socialists, social chauvinists one and all, as well as all utopian socialists, are united in their opposition to the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.

As well, Engels considered the Dictatorship of the Proletariat to be so important, he used that capitalization in the introduction he wrote, in 1891, to the work by Marx, titled, ‘’The Civil War In France’’.

As well, the term ‘’Communist’’ is based upon previous revolutionary experience. It was the workers of Paris, who revolted in 1871, established the first proletarian state, and referred to this as the ‘’Paris Commune’’. They referred to themselves as ‘’Communards’’. It was in their honour that Lenin chose the name ‘’Communist’’.

True, Lenin placed the name ‘’Bolsheviks’’ in brackets, after the title ‘’Russian Communist Party’’. Yet the reason for this was that the word Bolshevik, majority, was of little significance. It could just as easily have been Menshevik, minority. Such cannot be said of the term ‘’Dictatorship of the Proletariat’’, or DP, which is of the utmost importance, and must not be placed in brackets.

Just as all political parties need a political platform, so too the I.C.P.,D.P. is no exception. For that reason, may I suggest that the numerous articles I have written, over the last few years, become that political platform. All of those articles are based upon the Scientific Socialist, Revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin.

I suspect that the act of creating such a Party, is beyond the ability of even the most advanced workers. Yet I am sure that it is well within the ability of middle class intellectuals. Fortunately, the current revolutionary movement has provided us with an abundance of such people. As Marx and Engels stated, in the Communist Manifesto:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a portion of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’

It is the -former- bourgeois ideologists, those who have been able to ‘’raise themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole’’, who are capable of creating a true International Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat. I leave this in their competent hands.

Of course, I am quite anxious to help out in any way possible. Feel free to reach out by phone or email. But make every effort to be discrete. Rest assured, the ‘’powers that be’’ take a very dim view of all matters they even suspect to be Communist. And the creation of such a Party is the very definition of Communist! Courage! Now is the time to be resolute! The ‘’decisive hour’’ is at hand! Now is not the time to waver! Now is the time to ‘’join the revolutionary class’’! The ‘’class that holds the future in its hands’’! You will not be disappointed! Under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, your skills and training will be in demand. In turn, you will be most handsomely rewarded.

The Decisive Hour!

On October 18, 2025, the largest single day protest in American history took place. All across the country, an estimated seven million people ‘’took to the streets’’. This was billed as a ‘’No Kings Protest’’, and was organized by over two hundred organizations! As the mainstream press reported, quite diplomatically, this was a ‘’massive demonstration against perceived authoritarianism under President Donald Trump’’.

In fact, as the name suggests, the mass protests were against the plan of Trump, to set himself up as an Emperor of some sort, starting with serving a third term as President, in direct violation of the Constitution!

The significance of this protest, lies not so much in the number of people who took part in the demonstrations, but in the fact that no one was arrested! The only explanation for this, is in the fact that the local police have joined the protest movement!

As that is the case, it is now reasonable to say that the ‘’American Protest Movement’’ has ‘’graduated’’ into a full scale Revolutionary Movement, the beginning of the Second American Revolution!

Remarkably enough, Marx and Engels predicted this, in 1847, at the time they wrote the Communist Manifesto. As they phrased it:

We are clearly ‘’near the decisive hour’’! The fact that the local police have joined the ‘’revolutionary class’’, the working class, the proletariat, the ‘’class that holds the future in its hands’’, is proof of this. This is nothing other than part of the ‘’process of dissolution going on within the ruling class’’.

Now we can expect ‘’a portion of the bourgeoisie’’, those who are ‘’bourgeois ideologists’’, to ‘’go over to the proletariat’’. These are the few bourgeois ideologists who are capable of ‘’raising themselves theoretically to comprehending the historical movement as a whole.’’

This is of exceptional importance, and calls for a little explanation.

We can start by facing the fact that Marx, Engels and Lenin, the Founders of modern Revolutionary Scientific Socialism, were themselves members of the bourgeois intelligentsia. Each turned their backs on a comfortable middle class life style, in order to work in the service of the common people, both workers and family farmers.

My point is that those working people who are prejudiced against bourgeois intellectuals, are of necessity prejudiced against those same Founders of Scientific Socialism! Get over it! The input, of such people, is most valuable!

Take note that there is a huge difference between Scientific Socialism, and Utopian Socialism. It was Marx who proved, by a thorough scientific examination of capitalism, that it would necessarily lead to a state of Scientific Socialism. He made this quite clear in 1852, in a letter to Weydemeyer:

‘’And now as to myself, no credit is due to me for discovering the existence of classes in modern society, nor yet the struggle between them. Long before me, bourgeois historians had described the historical development of this class struggle, and bourgeois economists the economic anatomy of the classes. What I did that was new was to prove: 1) that the existence of classes is only bound up with particular historical phases in the development of production; 2) that the class struggle necessarily leads to the Dictatorship of the Proletariat; 3) that this Dictatorship itself only constitutes the transition to the abolition of all classes and to a classless society.’’ (italics by Lenin)

This stands in stark contrast to the belief of most Utopian Socialists, who are of the opinion that Socialism is merely a ‘’good idea’’. They are further of the opinion that it is ‘’simply not possible’’, so that the best we can do is ‘’demand certain reforms’’.

In fact, as I have documented in a previous article, several attempts have been made, by supremely well meaning Utopian Socialists, to establish a state of Socialism, under capitalism! All such attempts failed, through no fault of those who were making the attempt. Such a state of socialism, under capitalism, is simply not allowed. It cannot be done!

In particular, here in North America, it is customary to deny the very existence of classes! The bourgeois would have us believe that classes do not exist! Which is precisely the belief of a great many working people! So many of those same working people are also agreed that Socialism is also merely a ‘’good idea’’, but not about to happen!

This fact serves to drive home the point that the working class, the proletariat, is not aware of itself as a class! The conditions of life, of the proletariat, do not lead to that awareness! Nor are they aware of the fact that their interests, are diametrically opposed to the interests of the  class of multi billionaires, the monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie. How can they be aware of this? They are not even aware of the existence of classes!

Of necessity, this brings us to one of the most highly respected, Leftist organizations in the country, that of the Democratic Socialists of America, DSA. As the Second American Revolution unfolds, we can expect workers to look to that organization for leadership. And what can we expect the DSA to advise the American proletariat? Their web site provides us with the answer:

‘’Who we are

‘’The Democratic Socialists of America is the largest socialist organization in the United States, with over 80,000 members and chapters in all 50 states. We believe that working people should run both the economy and society democratically to meet human needs, not to make profits for a few.’’

The DSA wants ‘’working people to run both the economy and society democratically to meet human needs’’. As if the multi billionaires are about to allow such a thing! The economy and society are run by the bourgeoisie, for the profits of the bourgeoisie. Wishful thinking is not about to change that!

‘’What we do

‘’We are a political and activist organization, not a party; through campus and community-based chapters, DSA members use a variety of tactics, from legislative to direct action, to fight for reforms that empower working people.’’

Now we get to the heart of the matter. The DSA is focused on ‘’fighting for reforms that empower working people’’. Yet as the monopoly capitalist class, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, is firmly in charge, there can be no question of ‘’empowering working people’’! The bourgeoisie already has that power, and fully intends to hang onto it! Utopian Socialism at its finest!

By contrast, it is a fundamental tenet of Scientific Socialism, Communism, that the working class, the proletariat, must smash the existing state apparatus, that which has been set up by the bourgeoisie, in order to crush the proletariat, and replace it with a new state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! In no other way can the resistance of the bourgeoisie be overcome.

Rest assured, after the Revolution, after the existing state apparatus is smashed, after the bourgeoisie is crushed, under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, their resistance will increase tenfold! They will stoop to any depth, resort to any lie, any subterfuge, in order to ‘’recover their paradise lost’’.

They must not be underestimated! Given a chance, they will return to power, as they did in the formerly Scientific Socialist countries of the Soviet Union and China. We must not repeat the mistakes of previous great Revolutionaries, such as Stalin and Mao. Instead, we must learn from their mistakes, and exercise all round Dictatorship, over those parasites.

The proletariat must be made aware of all of this, and quickly. Time is not on our side. That begs the question: How best to raise the level of awareness of the proletariat? The answer is of course through the creation of a true Communist Party, one which calls for the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. An American Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat, ACP, DP.

In October of 1918, Lenin had a word to say, concerning that very subject:

‘’Europes greatest misfortune and danger is that it has no revolutionary party. It has parties of traitors…and of servile souls like Kautsky. But it has no revolutionary party.

‘’Of course, a mighty, popular revolutionary movement may rectify this deficiency, but it is nevertheless a serious misfortune and a grave danger.

‘’That is why we must do our utmost to expose renegades like Kautsky, thereby supporting the revolutionary groups of genuine internationalist workers, who are to be found in all countries. The proletariat will very soon turn away from the traitors and renegades and follow these groups, drawing and training leaders from their midst. No wonder the bourgeoisie of all countries are howling about ‘world Bolshevism’.

‘’World Bolshevism will conquer the world bourgeoisie.’’

(italics by Lenin. At the time of the writing of this article, Communism was referred to as Bolshevism)

Now this ‘’greatest misfortune and danger’’ is also plaguing North America, as it has no ‘’revolutionary party’’. We can only hope that this ‘’mighty, popular revolutionary movement’’, currently sweeping the country, may ‘’rectify this deficiency’’.

It is reasonable to expect certain bourgeois ideologists, those who have managed to ‘’raise themselves theoretically to comprehending the historical movement as a whole’’, to take part in the creation of such a party, an American Communist Party, Dictatorship of the Proletariat, ACP, DP.

Of course, that is up to Americans. As I am Canadian, that does not directly concern me. Yet in the spirit of international working class cooperation, expressed in the slogan, ‘’Workers of the World, Unite!’’, I can only express my willingness to assist in this noble endeavour, in any way possible.

American Insurrection Imminent

In 1847, Marx and Engels wrote the Communist Manifesto. Even at that time, in the ‘’early days’’ of capitalism, the capitalists recognized the danger posed by the Scientific Socialist, Revolutionary theories of Marx. This is made clear at the very beginning of the Communist Manifesto:

‘’A spectre is haunting Europe – the spectre of Communism. All the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre.’’

It was not just the capitalists who were terrified of those Scientific Socialist theories of Marx. Also the nobility, clergy and landlords, among others. At that time, in Europe, those classes had considerable power. The Communist Manifesto went on to state:

‘’Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as communistic by its opponents in power? Where the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of Communism, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?’’

That is true, to this day. Certainly in America, to be branded a Communist, is the ultimate political insult. It is also one of the favourite insults of Trump. He takes great delight in accusing all of his political enemies of being Communists.

The Communist Manifesto goes on to state:

‘’Two things result from this fact:

  1. Communism is already acknowledged by all European powers to be itself a power
  2. It is high time that Communists should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of Communism with a manifesto of the party itself.’’

After this brief introduction, the Communist Manifesto gets to the heart of the matter:

‘’1. Bourgeois and Proletarians

‘’The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles.

‘’Freeman and slave, patrician and plebeian, lord and serf, guild master and journeyman, in a word, oppressor and oppressed, stood in constant opposition to one another, carried on an uninterrupted, now hidden, now open fight, a fight that each time ended, either in a revolutionary reconstitution of society at large, or in the common ruin of the contending classes.

‘’In the earlier epochs of history, we find almost everywhere a complicated arrangement of society into various orders, a manifold gradation of social rank. In ancient Rome we have patricians, knights, plebeians, slaves; in the middle ages, feudal lords, vassals, guild masters, journeymen, apprentices, serfs; in almost all of these classes, again, subordinate gradations.

‘’The modern bourgeois society that has sprouted from the ruins of feudal society has not done away with class antagonisms. It has but established new classes, new conditions of oppression, new forms of struggle in place of the old ones.

‘’Our epoch, the epoch of the bourgeoisie, possesses, however, this distinctive feature: it has simplified the class antagonisms. Society as a whole is more and more splitting up into two great hostile camps, into two great classes directly facing each other: bourgeoisie and proletariat.’’

This is followed by a description of the manner in which the class of bourgeoisie grew and developed, becoming ever more powerful, until ‘’at last, since the establishment of modern industry and of the world market, conquered for itself, in the modern representative state, exclusive political sway. The executive of the modern state is but a committee for managing the common affairs of the whole bourgeoisie,’’ as per the Communist Manifesto.

The fact must be stressed that the bourgeoisie is now so powerful, the state apparatus is now set up to ‘’manage the common affairs of the whole bourgeoisie’’. The two mainstream political parties, Republican and Democratic, are but two sides to the same coin, as both serve the same class, the monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. The leaders of each party recite the speeches they are told to recite, in order to give the impression that there is a difference between them. There is not. It is simply a matter of fooling the common people, the working class, the proletariat.

This is followed by a passage which many readers may find to be quite surprising. The revolutionary role of the bourgeoisie, in the early, pre monopoly, competitive stage of capitalism:

‘’The bourgeoisie, historically, has played a most revolutionary part.

‘’The bourgeoisie, wherever it has got the upper hand, has put an end to all feudal, patriarchal, idyllic relations. It has pitilessly torn asunder the motley feudal ties that bound man to his ‘natural superiors’, and has left remaining no other nexus between man and man than naked self interest, than callous ‘cash payment’. It has drowned the most heavenly ecstasies of religion fervour, of chivalrous enthusiasm, of philistine sentimentalism, in the icy water of egotistical calculation. It has resolved personal worth into exchange value, and in place of the numberless indefeasible chartered freedoms, has set up that single unconscionable freedom – free trade. In one word, for exploitation, veiled by religious and political illusions, it has substituted naked, shameless, direct, brutal exploitation.

‘’The bourgeoisie has stripped of its halo every occupation hitherto honoured and looked up to with reverent awe. It has converted the physician, the lawyer, the priest, the poet, the man of science, into its paid wage labourers.

‘’The bourgeoisie has torn away from the family its sentimental veil, and reduced the family relation to a mere money relation.

‘’The bourgeoisie has disclosed how it came to pass that the brutal display of vigour in the Middle Ages, which reactionists so much admire, found its fitting complement in the most slothful indolence. It has been the first to show what mans’ activity can bring about. It has accomplished wonders far surpassing Egyptian pyramids, Roman aqueducts, and Gothic cathedrals; it has conducted expeditions that put in the shade all former exoduses of nations and crusades.’’

This is followed by a description of the manner in which the bourgeoisie is ‘’constantly revolutionizing the means of production’’, which results in ‘’drawing all, even the most barbarian, nations into civilization.’’ Further, that same bourgeois society is ‘’like the sorcerer, who is no longer able to control the powers of the nether world whom he has called up by his spells.’’ This gives rise to the  periodic ‘’epidemic of over production’’, otherwise known as ‘’crises in capitalism’’.

Yet it is not just over production which leads to crises in capitalism. That which is technically referred to as a ‘’mass movement’’, also leads to such crises. Most common people refer to this as a ‘’public uprising’’, in which the ‘’masses’’ – an expression I hate and tend to avoid, as it sounds so impersonal – become focused on a particular subject of ‘’abuse of power’’, by the capitalists, to phrase it in polite terms. The current crisis in capitalism is based on that which is referred to as the ‘’Epstein Scandal’’.

It is the Epstein Scandal which has captured the attention of the vast majority of ‘’common people’’, by whom I mean workers and family farmers. Jeffrey Epstein was a most prolific pedophile, which is to say a child molester, one who ‘’trafficked’’ underage girls, a ‘’pimp’’ who sold children to numerous ‘’Johns’’, all of whom are classified as ’’rich and powerful’’ men. Epstein was eventually arrested and charged with some very serious crimes. He was facing a rather lengthy prison sentence. While in prison, he was found dead in his cell.

Almost no one is buying the ‘’official cause of death’’, as that of ‘’suicide by hanging’’, within the prison, as such a suicide is simply not possible. There is nothing, on the ceiling of any prison, to which any device can be attached! Epstein was clearly murdered! Dead men ‘’tell no tales’’!

This brings us to that which the legal experts refer to as ‘’motive, means and opportunity’’. Consider first the motive, the possible reason someone could have for wanting to kill that piece of human garbage. Aside from ‘’moral indignation’’, of course. The answer is that his ‘’customers’’, his ‘’clients’’, his ‘’Johns’’, child molesters, one and all, are not at all anxious to be exposed as the pedophiles, that they are. It is entirely possible that Epstein was prepared to ‘’rat out’’ his ‘’customers’’, to give the government their identity, in return for a reduced sentence. This is common practice, among such human filth.

Then there is the ‘’means’’, which is to say the money required to ‘’arrange’’ for his supposed suicide. As the clients of Epstein were all ‘’filthy rich’’, supremely wealthy, many of them multi billionaires, they certainly had the means. Money may not buy happiness, but it certainly buys almost everything else, including murder. Numerous mobsters can testify to that fact!

This brings us to ‘’opportunity’’. As Epstein was locked up, in prison, his enemies knew precisely where to locate him. Then it was a simple matter of sending in the proper assassin, probably a government employee, with orders to ‘‘arrange a suicide’’.

The ensuing ‘’cover up’’, to phrase it in legal jargon, was handled in a rather clumsy manner. The video of the assassin entering the cell of Epstein was altered, in a most amateurish fashion. Experts on video surveillance have established that it was replaced with a video from a previous day. The guards were ‘’advised’’ to remain silent, and the Medical Examiner was ‘’persuaded’’ to falsify the ‘’Cause Of Death’’, COD, as being ‘’that of suicide’’, due to ‘’death by hanging’’. Bear in mind that there is a heavy penalty for falsifying such a legal document. Not only could such a person lose their medical license, but also be charged as an accessory to murder. Such a conviction carries a lengthy prison sentence.

Amateurs! Any self respecting mobster would have handled this murder and subsequent cover up, in a far more professional manner! This official ‘’suicide’’ of Epstein, was clearly arranged by those who are not experts in homicide. Government officials, without a doubt!

Now the ‘’Epstein Cover Up’’ is continuing, still within an amateurish manner. On October 1 of this year, 2025, the government officially entered an official shut down. This provided the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, with an opportunity to also ‘’shut down’’ the House of Representatives!

With the  House of Representatives shut down, the proposed motion to force a vote to release the ‘’Epstein Files’’, has been delayed, indefinitely. Those files contain a list of names of all people who were allegedly the ‘’customers’’ of Epstein, child molesters, pedophiles, one and all. None of those supremely wealthy people are at all anxious to have their names made public.

Bear in mind that we live in a democratic society, so that all members have certain democratic rights. Just because a name is on a list, does not make that person guilty of any crime. We are all entitled to our ‘’day in court’’. ‘’Innocent until proven guilty’’, as is the popular expression.

It is significant that Richard Wolff, one of the most highly respected bourgeois economists, is increasingly concerned. He frequently gives long winded, rambling monologues, and one of his most recent speeches was no exception. Yet he touched upon a subject that has aroused the curiosity of numerous middle class intellectuals:

‘’Unlike the controversies of the past, this is different. This time, the legal heat has reached a level we have never seen before. ..It is an avalanche of criminal charges…It is a full blown storm, the kind that threatens everything in its path…In the past, Trump thrived on distraction, delay and deflection….the system is pushing back harder than ever before….What happens next? Can Trump still withstand this flood of legal attacks? Or is this the start of his political downfall?…It is what is happening with his political base…but now that ironclad loyalty is starting to fracture…’’

Wolff is correct when he states that ‘’this is different’’. The difference is that the working people are demanding answers! They are not taking distraction, delay and deflection lying down! The usual ‘’stone walling’’ of Trump is no longer being tolerated!

Wolff is also correct when he states that the ‘’ironclad loyalty’’ of his most devoted followers, his ‘’political base’’, is indeed ‘’fracturing’’.

According to an article, posted on the internet, it is alleged that Representative Eric Swalwell maintains that ‘’House Republicans support for President Donald Trump, in the Jeffrey Epstein Scandal, is collapsing’’. In particular, he is reported to have said that, ‘’It’s coming to an end, guys. I’ve spoken to a lot of House Republicans this week and they’ve confided that Trump’s movement/support is fading. As one told me, ‘This Epstein bomb is about to drop and no one wants to defend a pedo-protector. It’s just a matter of time’’’.

The Communist Manifesto also explains this. As it states, ‘’But not only has the bourgeoisie forged the weapons that bring death to itself; it has also called into existence the men who are to wield those weapons – the modern working class – the proletarians.’’

This is followed by a description of the development of the proletariat. The struggle against the capitalists, the bourgeoisie, force the workers to unite. As the Communist Manifesto states, ‘’Thereupon the workers begin to form combinations (trade unions) against the bourgeois; they club together in order to keep up the rate of wages; they found permanent associations in order to make provision beforehand for these occasional revolts….This organization of the proletarians into a class, and consequently into a political party, is continually being upset again by the competition between the workers themselves. But it ever rises up again, stronger, firmer, mightier. …Further, as we have already seen, entire sections of the ruling classes are, by the advance of industry, precipitated into the proletariat, or at least threatened in their conditions of existence. These also supply the proletariat with fresh elements of enlightenment and progress.’’

We are currently at the point where a great many middle class intellectuals, are being forced to join the working class, the proletariat. There is little or no choice in the matter. They bring with them their awareness of the Scientific Socialist, Revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin.

This brings us to the inevitable conclusion, as per the Communist Manifesto: ‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands.

May I suggest that the ‘’class struggle’’ is now at the ‘’decisive hour’’. It is just a matter of time, and probably a short time, before the House of Representatives is called back into session. Then the House will be forced to vote to release the Epstein Files. This vote will pass with an overwhelming majority, as a great many Republican Members will ‘’jump on the bandwagon’’. In short, they will ‘’join the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands.’’

With the anticipated release of the Epstein Files, the names of a great many men, all of whom are supremely rich, many of them multi billionaires, some highly respected, will be made public. These are the men who allegedly raped a great many underage girls, children.

At that point, we can expect the ‘’flood gates to open’’, to state it in popular terms. The working people will demand justice, for the girls who were so terribly abused. The government, led by Trump, will continue to ‘’distract, delay and deflect’’, as a means of protecting the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie. As the working class is in very powerful, revolutionary motion, this could well lead to a full scale insurrection. The Second American Revolution.

I can only hope that the facts presented, in this article, will motivate a great many middle class intellectuals, those who are aware of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, to ‘’join the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands.’’ They can then share this awareness with the working class, the proletariat.

The forthcoming Insurrection is bound to lead to a successful Scientific Socialist Revolution, in that the existing state apparatus is bound to be smashed, and replaced with a different state apparatus, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. At that time, there will be a huge demand for skilled engineers, scientists and administrators. Such individuals will be paid accordingly.

By contrast, those who support the monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, and fight the transition to a state of Scientific Socialism, can expect to become a target of the Revolution. Such misguided souls may well end up in the same remote work camp, with their former lords and masters, performing the same manual labour. The choice is yours. Choose wisely.

Concerning the Ancient Civilization of Gobekli Tepi

Immediately after the Great Russian October Soviet Socialist Revolution of 1917, Lenin wrote an article against his ‘’Bitterest Enemy’’, the former Scientific Socialist turned revisionist, Karl Kautsky. The article is titled, ‘’The Proletarian Revolution and the Renegade Kautsky’’. The final section of that article is of the utmost interest to us, and is the focus of this article. As Lenin stated, writing in October of 1918:

‘’Europe’s greatest misfortune and danger is that it has no revolutionary party.

‘’World Bolshevism will conquer the world bourgeoisie’’. (italics by Lenin. At the time this article was written, Communism was referred to as Bolshevism)

The ‘’greatest misfortune’’ of Europe, that of having ‘’no revolutionary party’’, is true to this day. As well, that ‘’great misfortune’’ and ‘’grave danger’’, has spread to North America, and other parts of the world.

In both Europe and North America, there is no shortage of political parties, which claim to be followers of Marx and Lenin. For that matter, the same thing is true in other parts of the world.

Yet as Lenin stated, ‘’the Dictatorship of the Proletariat is the touchstone of a true Marxist’’, a Communist. All political parties which claim to be Marxist, while denying, or even avoiding, any mention of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, are not true Communists, but revisionists. This is to say that they are determined to revise the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin.

It is safe to assume that all of the leaders, of these revisionist political parties, and there are a great many of them, have graduated from Universities. Those same Universities do not teach the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, but only the bourgeois distortion of those theories. These revisions are then brought to the attention of the public, the working class, by the leaders of the revisionist political parties.

Even though different revisionist political parties may say slightly different things, all are quite well agreed upon a few fundamental ideas. Lenin summarized this quite well in his excellent article, What Is To Be Done? Bear in mind that at the time this article was written, Scientific Socialism, or Communism, was referred to as Social- Democracy:

‘’Social-Democracy must change from a party of the social revolution into a democratic party of social reform….The possibility of putting socialism on a scientific basis and proving that it is necessary and inevitable, from the point of view of the materialist conception of history was denied, as also were the facts of the growing impoverishment and proletarianization, and the intensification of capitalist contradictions. The very conception, ‘ultimate aim’, was declared to be unsound, and the idea of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat was absolutely rejected. It was denied that there is any difference in principle between liberalism and socialism. The theory of the class struggle was rejected on the grounds that it could not be applied to a strictly democratic society, governed according to the will of the majority, etc.’’ (italics by Lenin)

This is my somewhat less than subtle way, of stressing the fact that political parties which claim to be Revolutionary, or Communist, or Marxist-Leninist, or Scientific Socialist, while denying the necessity of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, are merely revisionist! They are consciously attempting to divert the revolutionary motion, of the proletariat, onto some harmless path of social reform! For that reason, they are the enemies of the proletariat!

It is also true that very few working class people are able to attend University. Further, it is only in University that the revolutionary Scientific Socialist theories of Marx and Lenin are even mentioned, and then only with a view to distorting those same theories.

For that reason, very few working class people are even aware of the fact that such Scientific Socialist theories even exist! Nor are they aware of the fact that bourgeois scholars go to great lengths to distort those theories! This awareness, this class consciousness, is completely outside the realm of working class life! For that reason, this awareness, this class consciousness, must be brought to the working class, the proletariat, from an outside source!

At the moment, the vast majority of working people, or at least the more advanced workers, are disenchanted with the mainstream political parties, and are looking for an alternative. It is only natural that they should consider political parties which claim to be Socialist. It is also completely natural that they are incapable of distinguishing between those who are Utopian Socialists, and those who are Scientific Socialists.

Bear in mind that we have no quarrel with those who claim to be Socialists, but not Marxists. Such people are referred to as Utopian Socialists. They are the natural and desirable allies of the Scientific Socialists, the Communists.

Be that as it may, the more advanced workers who first approach these allegedly Socialist political parties, tend to be not overly impressed with the Utopian Socialist parties. After all, most of their members think that while Socialism is a good idea, it is simply not practical. This is commonly considered to be ‘’something less than a rousing endorsement’’.

In contrast to this, the ‘’pitch’’ of the revisionist Socialists, is quite enthusiastic, if nothing else. They tend to be downright anxious to have working class people join their ranks. For that reason, the more advanced workers tend to gravitate to the parties of the revisionists.

In other words, the more advanced workers are gravitating to the revisionists, the traitors and renegades to Scientific Socialism! Those who specialize in the distortion of the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin! Through no fault of their own, I might add.

Yet among the more advanced workers, those who are much more advanced than others, whom Lenin refers to as ‘’internationalist workers’’, have formed ‘’revolutionary groups’’. They are not following the ‘’traitors and renegades’’ to Scientific Socialism, possibly as a result of their class instincts. Very soon, the vast majority of the working class, the proletariat, will ‘’turn away from these traitors and renegades’’, and instead follow the internationalist workers.  At that time, more leaders will be trained, from their midst.

It is also a fact, that the most advanced workers, members of these internationalist groups, will soon embrace the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, that of Scientific Socialism. They just need a little ‘’nudge in the right direction’’.

As I have documented in a previous article, these internationalist workers are challenging scientific theories, put forward by mainstream archaeologists. Excellent! This means that they are already questioning that which is put forward by the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the bourgeoisie.

These groups of internationalist workers, from various countries of the world, have already proven the existence of an ancient Egyptian civilization, so advanced that it used electricity! It also built the pyramids, thousands of years before the age of the Pharaohs.

With that in mind, may I suggest a close examination of a recently discovered ancient site, located in the country of Turkey. There are numerous videos available, on the internet, but I recommend one that is reasonably short, but to the point, at least for our purposes. That video is titled, ‘’Gobekli Tepi: the 12,000 year old mystery that rewrites human history’’, and is two minutes, forty three seconds in length.

I have chosen to transcribe the pertinent parts:

‘’Twelve thousand years ago, someone built this. Before agriculture, before writing, before the wheel, Gobekli Tepi re-wrote history. In 1963, a shepard stumbled upon strange stones on a hilltop, in Turkey. Archaeologists later realized that they had found something impossible. A massive stone temple complex, built by hunter- gatherers. These massive T-shaped pillars, some weighing 16 tons, were carved and moved without metal tools, or even wheels. The pillars are arranged in circles, each decorated with intricate animal carvings, foxes, boars, lions and mysterious symbols. Carbon dating revealed the shocking truth. Gobekli Tepi was built 7,000 years before Stonehenge, and 7,500 years before the Great Pyramid. This completely shatters our understanding of pre historic human capability…. What is clear is that Gobekli Tepi forces us to completely re-think human history. It suggests that religion and complex society may have come before agriculture, not after it, as we have always believed….’’

The preceding is a rather brief summary, of that which all the mainstream archaeologists are saying. They would have us believe that this elaborate complex was built by members of a hunter- gathering society. What is more, they state, as a fact, that Stonehenge was built five thousand years ago, and that the Great Pyramid was built forty five hundred years ago.

Those are not facts! They are beliefs, scientific theories, and as such, are meant to be challenged! Further, as I have documented in a previous article, internationalist workers have proven that the Great Pyramid was built by a truly ancient civilization, one which existed possibly ten to twelve thousand years ago. That ancient civilization was exceptionally advanced, yet still collapsed, for reasons which have yet to be explained.

As that is the case, it is entirely possible that a separate civilization, which existed at the same time, may also have collapsed. That separate civilization could be Golbekli Tepi.

Such a possibility is far more likely than the theory, put forward by mainstream archaeologists, that the members of a hunting-gathering society, could have built such an elaborate settlement. In fact, such a theory is simply ridiculous! The people of such societies were focused primarily on survival, as they lived constantly on the edge of starvation. Such a settlement was made possible, only after the creation of agriculture, so that a surplus of food was made available.

The fact of the matter, is that the mainstream archaeologists refuse to even consider the possibility, of the existence of unknown, ancient advanced civilizations. There is a reason for this. Their careers are at stake!

Feel free to face the fact that we live in a class society! Any scientist, working in any field of science, is in danger of committing career suicide, if they choose to challenge any generally accepted scientific theory!

Sadly, the current situation resembles the state of science, as it existed before the time of Charles Darwin. In 1859, he published his work ‘’On the Origin of Species’’, which theorized that species evolve over time, through the process of natural selection.

That work was revolutionary, as so many people considered that it contradicted the bible. For that matter, the same is true to this day.

This brings us to the subject of faith versus science. We are all entitled to our personal beliefs, commonly referred to as faith. Such beliefs should be respected!

By contrast, scientific beliefs, which are nothing other than theories, are meant to be challenged! They are not facts, even though they are frequently presented as such.

Now the ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, has decided that the science books have been written, and are to stay written, as is! There are to be no changes!

As Lenin wrote, in Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, ‘’Imperialism is reaction, right down the line’’. He was not joking! Monopoly capitalism is imperialism, and imperialism is completely reactionary. This reaction extends to all fields of science.

The completely reactionary class of bourgeoisie must be overthrown, the existing state apparatus smashed, and a state of Scientific Socialism established, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. That is a fundamental tenet of Marxism, one which terrifies the multi billionaires. With good reason, I might add.

This article is being written, with the internationalist workers in mind. These workers, from different countries, have succeeded in proving the existence of a previously unknown, ancient Egyptian civilization. That is most commendable. Yet it is only a start. Much more needs to be done.

To such workers, I can say that now is the time to raise yourselves, theoretically, to the level of conscious people, Scientific Socialists, true Communists. This is to say that it is necessary to study the essential works of Marx and Lenin. These include the Communist Manifesto, by Marx and Engels. As well, State and Revolution, What Is To Be Done?, Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism, and Left Wing Communism, An Infantile Disorder, all by Lenin, are highly recommended.

With regards to those who have already read those revolutionary works, perhaps in University, feel free to read them again, but this time with an open mind.

As Lenin stated, ‘’World Bolshevism will conquer the world bourgeoisie’’, in that Bolshevism is Communism.

The fact that internationalist workers have come together to challenge the archaeologists, successfully, I might add, is proof that they are in the forefront of the class struggle, against the bourgeoisie. Very soon, other workers, who are currently following the revisionists of Marxism, will be following these internationalist workers.

As for those who object that this places an unfair burden on those internationalist workers, I can only respond that life is not fair. It is what it is.

The political tension is becoming ever more intense. Or to phrase it in Marxist terms, the ‘’class contradictions’’, if you prefer. It is just a matter of time, and probably a short time, before the ‘’outbreak of hostilities’’. Class warfare! Revolution! We had best be prepared!

At the time of the insurrection, the beginning of the Revolution, the Marxist revisionists will attempt to set themselves up as leaders, and to take over the existing state apparatus, in order to set themselves up, as the new rulers.

We had best be prepared! The existing state apparatus must be smashed, and replaced with the Dictatorship of the Proletariat! The bourgeoisie and their flunkies, including the Marxist revisionists, must be crushed! The internationalist workers will make sure of this!

With Most Sincere Communist Greetings,

Military Takeover of Washington, D.C.

Now that President Donald Trump has seen fit to send the American military into the capital of Washington, D.C., the American capital is now ‘’in the headlines’’. The residents of that city are strongly protesting this ‘’hostile take over’’, demanding the proper return of their city to the residents. This has also given rise to a considerable amount of confusion.

In the interest of clarifying that confusion, I should mention that the capital of America, is named after the first president, George Washington. The same is true of a state in the Pacific Northwest, quite reasonably referred to as the State of Washington.

Strangely enough, the capital city of Washington is not referred to as a city, but as ‘’Washington, D.C.’’, in that D.C. is a reference to District of Columbia. This is to say that the capital is not based in a state, but in a ‘’District’’. For that matter, the capital is not classified as a city, but as a District.

To add to the confusion, the District of Columbia, or DC, as it is commonly referred to, is also frequently confused with the ‘’Washington metropolitan area’’, which includes parts of the neighbouring states of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

Even though the population of DC is almost 700,000 people, which is more than that of several states, it does not have any representation in the Senate or House of Representatives. The only concession the federal government has made to DC, came in the form of the Twenty Third Amendment to the Constitution, in which the ‘’District of Columbia was allocated three Electors and treated like a State for the purposes of the Electoral College’’.

This in no way changes the fact that the residents of DC can best be described as ‘’second class citizens’’. They are not alone! There are numerous others!

In fact, America is ‘’in possession of fourteen separate overseas territories.’’ These include the five ‘’permanently inhabited territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US  Virgin Islands’’, as well as ‘’eleven uninhabited US territories’’.

Individuals born in almost any ‘’inhabited territory’’, are American citizens by birth. The exception is that of American Samoa, in that individuals born in that territory are not American citizens by birth.

This in no way changes the fact that the people who live in these Districts and Territories, including American citizens, are little more than ‘’Colonials’’, or at best, ‘’Second Class Citizens’’.

Yet the ‘’mass movement’’, or more accurately the revolutionary motion, against Trump and his completely reactionary agenda, is gaining strength. Ever more members of the middle class, the petty bourgeois, are becoming politically active.

One of the latest groups to organize mass protests, is that of ‘’Indivisible’’. Their political platform, as displayed on the internet, proves that they are a fine, progressive organization. Those of us who are Scientific Socialists, Communists, can certainly work with them, as long as we are free to put forward our own Marxist agenda.

The following is their mission statement:

INDIVISIBLE SF

‘’What We Believe

‘’We believe in the humanity and equality of all people. Therefore, we oppose all the varied forms of hatred, racism, misogyny, bigotry, nationalism, anti-LGBTQ discrimination, and scapegoating that Republicans use to divide us against each other for partisan gain, personal greed, and special privileges for the elite.

‘’We believe that through people-power, positive social gains are forced up from below by “We the People” thinking globally and acting locally.

‘’We believe the climate-emergency is a national security threat that requires rethinking and revamping our entire economy through a Green New Deal.

‘’We believe health and medical care can, and must, be provided as a human right rather than a source of private profit.

‘’We believe in science, education, and tolerance. Advances in technology must be used to benefit all of humanity rather than just the wealthy and powerful. And that we must guard against weaponized- disinformation used to incite hatred or enable authoritarian surveillance, repression, and invasions of privacy.

‘’We believe that the right and ability to vote in free and fair elections is fundamental to our democracy. Because vast wealth is a source of political power which threatens our democracy, campaign finance reform is necessary to ensure that elected officials prioritize the interests of their constituents above those of big donors and corporate lobbyists.

‘’What We Do About It

‘’We understand that democracy is not a spectator sport, and that if we want to have government “Of the People, By the People, For the People” then We the People have to be involved in politics on a deeper and more sustained level than just casting our ballot every two years.

‘’● We educate ourselves and our community about the issues that directly affect our lives and we work to change our political culture into one that serves us all.

‘’● We build and support coalitions with like-minded organizations that share our values and our vision of a more just world.

‘’● We work to elect officials who will govern in the interests of everyone. Representatives who will put tolerance ahead of bigotry, and equal opportunity ahead of cronyism.

‘’● We monitor and hold our representatives accountable with regard to our issues, our beliefs, and extending democracy rather than limiting it. We encourage them to take bold, positive action by building public-awareness, meeting directly with them and their staffs, mobilizing constituents, and participating in their public events. We support them when they deserve it, and criticize them when they fail us.

‘’Because we understand that the global crises that threaten us won’t be solved in any single election, our goal is to build up-from-below political power and a progressive political culture that can continue carrying forward a mass movement for justice, equality, and democracy into the foreseeable future.

‘’And finally, we know and believe that a better world is not only possible, but necessary. If we stick together, and stick with it, we can, as a society, move forward rather than backward.’’

Allow me to stress the fact this is a fine, progressive, Leftist political platform, but certainly not Communist. Yet there can be no doubt that the members of this organization are well educated, middle class intellectuals. Equally without doubt, those same members are deeply concerned with the fact that Trump is determined to abolish the American democratic republic, and establish the rule of an Oligarchy. Not that they state this, in their political platform, but they have united in opposition to this reactionary policy, of Trump.

In my opinion, this is an indication that the class struggle is close to the ‘’decisive hour’’, the time when it breaks out into open warfare. The Communist Manifesto lets us know what to expect:

‘’Finally, in times when the class struggle nears the decisive hour, the process of dissolution going on within the ruling class, in fact within the whole range of old society, assumes such a violent, glaring character, that a small section of the ruling class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class, the class that holds the future in its hands. Just as, therefore, at an earlier period, a section of the nobility went over to the bourgeoisie, so now a section of the bourgeoisie goes over to the proletariat, and in particular, a portion of the bourgeois ideologists, who have raised themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole.’’

It is clear that all members of Indivisible, are progressive, well meaning, well educated, middle class intellectuals. It is also clear that we cannot expect all members of Indivisible, to embrace the revolutionary theories of Marx and Lenin, and become Scientific Socialists, true Communists. That is not about to happen! Yet as perhaps all of them have been to University, and been exposed to the distortion of those same revolutionary theories, it is reasonable to expect a few of them to examine those theories, from an honest perspective. In this way, they will manage to ‘’raise themselves to the level of comprehending theoretically the historical movement as a whole’’.

Allow me to stress the fact that the key word here is ‘’honest’’. Only those who are honest, with themselves, are capable of facing the fact that monopoly capitalism is in its ‘’death throes’’. The multi billionaires are now more dangerous than ever, lashing out in all directions.

As I have pointed out, in numerous previous articles, middle class intellectuals have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, by joining the working class, the proletariat, in the forthcoming revolution. The ruling class of bourgeoisie must be overthrown, the existing state apparatus must be smashed, and replaced with a state of Scientific Socialism, in the form of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. That is a fundamental tenet of Marxism.

At that time, the residents of DC will be guaranteed the same rights as all other Americans. As well, the residents of such ‘’territories’’ as Puerto Rico and Guam, will be given full and complete independence.

In fact, the mission statement of Indivisible will be put into effect. The goals of this organization will be realized under Scientific Socialism. There is absolutely no chance of any of those goals being realized under capitalism.

At the same time, under the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, there will be a desperate need of professional people. Those with skills in the fields of management and engineering will be in demand. They will be paid most handsomely.

By contrast, under monopoly capitalism, the multi billionaires will oppose any meaningful reforms. For that matter, they oppose all reforms, meaningful or not. They are determined to abolish the democratic republic, and establish the rule of an Oligarchy. At the same time, all businesses but five are ‘’Too Small To Succeed’’, so that tens of thousands of ‘’small businesses’’, including General Motors, are about to go bankrupt. Imperialism at its finest!

Feel free to take note, my middle class Brethren. The ruling class of multi billionaires, the bourgeoisie, have plans for you. This stands in stark contrast to that which we have planned, preferably with your help. Choose wisely.

With most fraternal Communist Greetings,

Gerald McIsaac
